There is another park affiliated with the Holiday inns whose prices look more reasonable to me, though I haven't been to it to compare. It has locations in: Rockford, IL | Omaha, NE | Kansas City, MO | Cincinnati, OH | Columbus, OH, | Boston, MA | Fitchburg, MA | Waterbury, CT | Mount Laurel, NJ | Orlando, FL

The other indoor park has a name that also means hot chocolate paired with something you open a door with.
I was at the WP location this morning buying 15 glade candles and only using 5 of the 3/3 Q's no BOGO's or any other Q's on the Glade or anything else in my cart. I had padded my order with some other items just to make sure my post Q total would be over $30 to avoid any hassles. But with the coupons scanning at $2.50 instead of $3 due to their glitch, the cashier didn't know how to manually adjust the Q to take off the correct amount $3.
I could have told her how but she wanted to call over the GSTL for help. I didn't mind, but when the GSTL came over she, first told me that it was suppose to only take of $2.50. I politely disagreed and tried to explain that their was a glitch with the register software but she cut me off and exclaimed she knew what she was doing and didn't need an explanation. I thought her comment a bit abrupt but I politely and quietly apologized and stood their quietly, after rereading the Q she finally agreed it should be $3.
Then, even though both the cashier and I told her I'd purchased 15 and was handing over 5 coupons she insisted on counting the candles on the computer screen herself. Then she tried to claim that I could only use one coupon per purchase and I would have to split my purchases up. I calmly pointed out I was purchasing 15 in (1) transaction and that unless the Q stated one per TRANSACTION I could use one Q for each group of 3 I PURCHASED. Again after re-reading the Q again, she dropped that argument and tried to get the register to take the Q's.
Then she said "Why is this register only taking $2.50 off?" I started to try to answer her question since I knew what the problem was. but before I could get further than "The reason the registe..." out of my mouth she cuts me off with "Maam, I was talking to myself and do not need YOU to answer a question that was not directed to you." I was a bit offended by her cutting me off and her attitude but instead I responded by apologizing again and saying "I'm sorry, I was only trying to help, I'm not upset or anything." But then she totally floored me by responding "I don't care how you feel, I'm just trying to get you out of here so she (the cashier) can get back to helping the customers that are waiting." as she gestured to line behind me. I calmly kept my mouth shut and let her finish the transaction but was completely offended by this point.
I would really like to call and either talk directly to her again or complain to the store manager but on the other hand this has in general been a very coupon friendly store and I don't necessarily want to anger her further by escalating the matter and risk the store becoming less Q friendly.
Like I said I'd really like the opinions of anyone and especially those that shop at that T. Should I keep my mouth shut and let it go? After all in the end she did adjust it properly and she never actually accused me of wrong doing, nor did we really fight since I refused to allow myself to react to her during the transaction. On the other hand it does really bug me and part of me is dying to call her out for such poor customer service.
Uhghhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!
The only thing I didn't mention above is that before the GSTL came over and once while she was their I both apologized both to the cashier and to to the people behind me for the wait and offered to have her void the candles and I'd just purchase them after work instead when the line wasn't so long. I never implied I was in a rush or upset with how things were going.

You are customer also and it's not YOUR fault the OTHER customers are also being held up.
If she's irriatated with their registers and doesn't know her job that's her problem.
I would have been apoligizing to the other customers the way you did, but out of embarrasssment. I drive myself crazy with that sometimes over apolgizing.,when something isn't my fault.
I've had that kind of treatment at Target before and just reading it gives me that stomach angst.
It took of a couple of comment cards for them to back off.
I don't shop at your Target and of course it's up to you.
Good Luck !

Bought 4 this morning and the first and second coupon brought up the CVV screend. Third coupon went through fine. Fourth coupon also brought up the CVV screen. Maybe best to buy one at a time?
They had 1 bag of the TGIF Skillet Meals left and those little gray stickers on the shelf for 2 varities. I think that means that the warehouse if out.

Oh, and I knew a girl who placed those gray stickers. It means they've been ordered from the warehouse or whatev. that way they know that product has been ordered
You open a door with a key ...
These farkin' Qs are $$ on the bay and I can't find them anywhere else.

i would get a comment card from guest services and mail it in. also if you get a survey at the bottom of your receipt.
i had a store mgr who would hand out postage paid envelopes to corporate to customers if they were complimentary and ask them to write a letter about his employees/store to the CEO. of course it works both ways.
we were supposed to go there as a stop on our last cruise but it was too windy for the tender boats so we ended up just sailing back slower to florida.
