Ok we've gotten the hasbro playsaver already but it seemed early...does anyone know if we have any more toy coupons coming out?? Need 'em bad LMAO!! I don't really remember last year...had too many 16s last year to remember toys HAHA!!

I think I remember a few random toy q's that would come out - but nothing that really matched up with the sale stuff. I do remember there were lots of various peelies reported also - especially the trios. I think there tends to be some Haasbro IP's - mostly for baby toys and games.

ETA:

Do they salvage lotion if it's returned? I was looking at my receipt and somehow i totally missed that the lotion I expected to ring up at $3.79 rang up at 6.54 each! That's a wee bit more than I was wanting to pay for the lotion! If I take it back to exchange, will they have to salvage it? If not, I will exchange, but if so I'll just keep it. TIA

Last year and the year previous (that's as far back as my brain can go this morning...) there were awesome peelies on Cranium and Playskool toys. Haven't seen or heard of ANY peelies this year, and I know they were out by this time last year. Seems like some printables came available as well.

Yes, I don't do clutter. I don't even do knick knacks. I have 3 places I keep stuff, garage, basement closet in son's room (he doesn't live here), and guest room closet -- excess food, not comfortable putting it in garage or basement. Don't have mice either place, but why invite them.

It sounds like you cut as you want them and don't cut and carry all the time, so that might work for you. Maybe note on the list when the last one expires so you know when to throw it away then stack by date in a box or a file.

If you want something more formal, and, I am not implying that you should, have you ever looked at Sing, Spell, Read, and Write? I used the Winning Tutoring Program (also by Sue Dickson) for my daughter. It is design for adults or older kids who are struggling or illiterate. The main difference is it isn't babyish like most beginner stuff is. I really liked it and swear it worked/helped her learn. I can still sing the Ferris Wheel Song.

So, that said, I can't speak exactly about SSRW since I didn't use it, exactly but it works on the same principle, just geared to a different age group. I think the younger one is broken up into different sets and it's pretty expensive. You could try used homeschool boards. Iowa has a literacy center and we can do long term check out of materials, so I borrowed it. Maybe you state has something similar.

OMG I remember the trios... I ended up with like 1000 dollars worth of them with the TRU sale... craziness LOL I ended up donating everything but 100 dollars worth of them lol HUGS!!

Too late GT Teehee The only candy I've picked up is caramels and milk chocolate kisses for baking - was NOT passing some of those prices up. I hate buying stuff like that for baking when you end up paying $2+ per bag - that is what keeps me from eating itLMAO It is already stacked neatly on the stockpile shelves.

A few Halloween things made it into my cart today....firefighter costume for dd to do dress-up in, a big Pez refill for dd's stocking (had a couple bats and moon on it but who cares), a couple Pilsbury cake mixes although I barely ever use these so I don't know what I planned on doing with those laugh out loud That was about it.

Highlight of the day was finding the TS3 Tag on clearance for dd Whee woot
