RETIRED: Target chit chat

I don't really have any WMs that are close, and I really don't like going in there (people of WM and all...). But I do have some Gain Qs that I want to use this time, so I'm going to make a few trips over the next couple weeks. I'll add those to my Q pile when I go.

BTW, I thought I'd heard that the registers at WM will only take a max of 20 Qs. But I've also heard about people using more than that. Is there a limit that you guys know of?

Wish I could say my experiences had made me a better person but I thinks it scard me, I once was very happy and a very sweet person. For the past few years I have become very angry, and or sad, its funny cause happy has been hard for me lately. I have always been overly stressed, and it seems like it has just been intensifying lately.

I know I probably shouldn't have said so much, because who knows what people are thinking at this point. But I have no one to talk to so, this is a release for me that is much needed

I literally hate in laws.. some people have great ones... but for instance my brother in law lives in FL and he will call us up and ask us to pay his airfare up here and if we don't we are jerks and he doesn't wanna be bothered.. mind you, he is almost 40!! He can't hold down a job b/c he doesn't want to and thinks everyone else should be responsible for him.. dislike it My mother in law will purposely buy our kids dollar store items when we go to her house for Christmas eve while the kids watch their cousins opening nicer stuff from Target or whereever... then I am told that I need to make sure the kids appreciate it...last year my now 8 year old left there balling her eyes out cause she realized the huge difference between them and their cousins gifts..

Yep, me too. Turned 47 last month. But if you'd like to continue to picture us as late 20's, we don't mind.

They offer internet classes at the senior center so we were able to learn to navigate this interwebz. (I'm just kidding, you young 'uns know that, right? We can't get into the Sr. Center for a couple more years)

Holy-wait-too-long-to-make-up-my-mind Batman!!! Sheesh! I *was* going to order some TGIF q's from my fav clipper, but they are now down to 7!!!! They had over 300!!!! That's some serious freezer meals. All I did was walk away to ask DH his opinion on how many q's I could/should order!

A glob of shortening, melted -- 1/3 cup ish Butter Flavor Crisco is good, but any will do.
3/4 - 1 cup of popcorn
Use your largest pan -- I use my 5 quart dutch oven

Lid on, high heat, wait for it to pop. When the popping slows down slide it off the heat and wait for the popping to stop.

Drizzle with a ridiculously large amount real butter. Oh, wait, that's optional.

Had a STFC run today, then this guy walks up behind me and shouts "I never knew SO MANY CPOUPONS even EXISTED!'' just as I had about a dozen or so Qs left. He goes to another regisater, pays and leaves, I follow out shortly after that. I told my DS#1 to park the cart the under the trunk lift gate as I buckle the baby in. Just after I close her door I hear a L.O.U.D. rev of a engine and then a big ass boom - crash.

That stupid MFer that had made the comment to me earlier is parked right next to me and floored it - bashed into the MACH truck extra kid cart that HE had left right in front of his SUV and smashed it into the Target building, then it comes and rolls into my BRAND NEW VW!!! At this point I am shaking in fear, but decide to check out my car for any damage, there is none but the guy starts going, ''It is fine, SHUT UP KIDS, it's not even my cart, someone left it right in front of my car"

I'm all like (in my head) right asshole, I saw you in the store with it, then I realize he is most likely drunk but it is raining freezing cold rain drops at 48 degrees and I'm not wearing a coat and I am trembling in fear already -- I cant find my phone, I am worried for the 2 kids I have with me and the pen that is supposed to be in my purse ISN"T. He the pulls away - nicely out of the space - but then peels out around the corner to pull in front of T - where all the people get in and out of

Ugh. My kiddos were up last night also. DS sounds like an 80 year old chain smoker with his croup, and the baby woke up screaming because she had pooped and has horrible diaper rash. BUT... DH let me sleep until 10:30 this morning.



Don't know about any deals, but the Pop Secret Homestyle popcorn is the best microwave popcorn I've ever had. Ever.



My sisters is going up $180 per paycheck. She is pissed.

At my WM they will take up to $40 coupon value in a transaction before supervisor is required.

Seems funny to think you would have a Target but not a Wal-Mart. I have to drive an hour for either one but I have WMs in all directions and Super Target in one.

Last week I used 5 of the $5 Olay, 30 of the $2 Beneful, and a few others that escape me in one transaction. It did require the supervisor (or whatever they are) to come over and turn the key but it took them all.

As rumored earlier this week, my new SS has the $2/1 TGIF Skillet MQs (exp 1/03/11), . So, hopefully there will be more available for you to buy soon. I'm heading to the Dollar Tree to get more inserts, as I only need a set of 6 - my freezer is stuffed at the moment!

Hello, everyone! Had an eventful morning...was brushing out my mare when she decided to rear up and catch me in the ribs with a hoof. I went down just in time to see her jump over me. Total fluke, she's 17 years old and has never hurt a fly up till today. She got a workout afterwards to teach her that she wasn't in charge, and she was good as gold.

Was going to run to T this afternoon...think I'll stay home and take ibuprofen instead.
