yippeee on the keurig and congratulations! nicely done! that must have been very effortful to get to the point of being able to buy it - you're an inspiration, girl.

speaking of sweet, i'm no longer a kohl's virgin! did my first purchases today, thanks to a super sweet person who shared some qs with me and taught me the basics. sweet it was. found a jedi, too, making it triply sweet. so, a big, big, big to the super sweet person. and thanks to all of you for all the tips you shared.

learned 2 things there:
1. if you buy a bunch of things but then change your mind and want to remove some from your order, got to do that before they ring up the qs. or else it won't let you delete items.
2. if you got to CS to return, and you paid with a card, if you specifically ask for cash, they are allowed to return to you as cash instead of putting back on your debit/credit card.

Why not wait a few more months and get the 3DS? That sounds very neat. The girls like the PSP more than the DS though it does have fewer games for younger kids.

you know, I daresay, i might have fallen in that category up to about a year ago. not that i thought i was too good for it/it was beneath me, but just that i really wasn't aware of the extent of savings, and possibilities of doubling, catalinas, pairing with store sales and layering on store qs. i didn't know any of that. nor did i know that you could buy things you wouldn't eat and then use the savings from that for things you would. so for the few times i looked through an insert over the years, i just saw coupons for 50c off this and 20c off that and 1/3 this and that and most of the things were things we didn't use. on the rare occassion that i saw a q for listerine or something else we used, it was a 50c or 30c or something q... and at the end of that I just concluded that there were no big savings to be had and for the little savings that there were a) it wasn't worth the cost of buying a paper, cos the paper cost 6-7-8 times as much and/or b) it wasn't worth my time to go through all the trouble of finding a paper, rifling through inserts, looking for any useful qs, and then hoping that there would be one I needed, only to get 30c off.
i had no idea you could see insert coupon lists online. and of course i had no idea of the enormity of savings.

i have never heard that prior purchase nonsense at any store. the whole point of a missed q is that you missed out on giving a q on a purchase you did. how would one do missed qs on future purchases?
that lady clearly was just making things up out of her behind and had no idea what she was talking about and probably had no idea how to do a missed q, or a return/rebuy in the same transaction.
i'd just go to the friendly store and do the missed qs there. you should have no issues.

Okay moms, I need some help again!

I saw that in the "snow" ad a DS lite is $89. I could probably PM this at Target, but I am not sure if I want the Lite.

I am really not able to make up my mind, if I should get her the Lite, or if I should just go all out and get the DSiXL and be done with it. I see that the main issue with the DSiXL is that it won't play gameboy advanced games, some of which we have. However, we only have 4 of those and like 50 other DS games, so that shouldn't be a huge deal, right?

What are the recommendations?

Also, I'm going to be going through the BF ads on monday and trying to find the best deals on everything kid related. If anyone wants my list, let me know. A lot of things I am going to attempt to PM to target, but I'm not sure how/if that will work!

Send me your list we normally hunt for the same thing I would say just do the dsi xl and be done with it.. easier now than waiting til later and having to rebuy one again cause she wants the xl...

I saw that, but I cannot handle anything 3D, and she doesn't care for it too much either. I have to help her sometimes on the games, and 3D sends me basically into instant migraine mode. I can't even watch 3D movies Although, I guess we could always keep it in the off function, but then I don't quite see the reason behind buying it lol.

I promised her a new DS for her birthday as hers is 3+ years old and it's just not working right anymore. I never expected it to last this long, but she has taken really good care of it and proven her responsibility at a young age.

I like the PSP, but I think that will have to wait a few more years for her.

Dilemma- I bought 3 of the TS3 Tag Jr last night for $19.98 each. Didn't have the mq or tq with me, figured I could do missed coupons. Went to the closest store today (coupons haters ) and was told they could do a missed coupon on one tq but couldn't do any of the mq because it states not valid on prior purchases.
I asked to return them, then rebuy in 3 separate transactions so I can use 3 tq, and was told that I would have to return and wait for the item to be placed back on the shelf. The lady that was working at customer service is a snarky woman that complains all the time, and I don't care for her, I think the feeling is mutual.

This reminded me you might want to ensure that you pick up some pedialite while you're stocking up on the formula as well.

First time I can ever remember that the online ad (page by page version) actually shows the Target Prescription Q for the Schofield, WI zip. Do you think the store would actually take a printout versus the ad version?:

Some lady came into CVS and grabbed a drink while I was checking out. There were problems with coupons, a RC, etc. So the lady got fed up and left. And the cashier decided to blame me for CVS losing business and that situations like this are the reasons CVS "shouldn't even bother with coupons".

I'm soooooo tired. I think I've been more tired than I thought over the past few weeks. Just not feeling myself lately.

guys..Our vacation is ending today and we are headed back home..Cannot wait to go back home and go shopping The kids enjoyed Magic kingdom, we did the mickey xmas party, and they loved the lego store in downtown disney...Cannot belive how much I paid for the legos, stuff that I could have got nearly free at T or K...But it was totally worth it to see the kids filling the tubs with Legos, seeing their faces when they saw tinkerbell flying out of the castle, or when mickey hugged them....

So sweet!! I can't wait to take my family to Disney someday. I have no idea how we'd afford it with all these kids LOL but it is one of my dreams!
