Thanksgiving will be here we are also celebrating ds 5th birthday, its actually the 29th but do to limited budget and everyone will be here for thanksgiving anyways it just makes since to do it all together.

So we will be having traditoinal thanksgiving dinner, and probably filipino party food: lumpia, scewers and pancit is a must (it is said long noodles means a long life)

For blackfriday I'm not sure I will be shopping since they are making me work friday Crying I didn't have anything particular, I need gifts for my kids for xmas. I don't have anything yet for them and no clue what to get either Scratchchin

Thanks I'm kinda sad, I need a gift from santa and something from us, and funds are limited thx to my horrible job that just keeps getting worse.

Luckily ds bday was done cheaply thx to kohls! I will probably get him some of those free tag books tomorrow!

But still not sure what to get for dd? She's such a premadonna and hard to shop for.

I am pissed. I hate being singled out at T. I did a small run, just grabed some jammies and a Xmas Carol dvd but went for some RC that I had forgot yesterday. Well I check out then the kids want icees and popcorn so I say I'll get my RC over there cause they are not busy. Well they claim they can't and that thier regisatrs are special and gives my hand written list of 5 RC to the LOD or WTFeva she then claims someone need to verify each and everything on my RC list to make sure that they are not in stock, that they are not seasonal items, and if they can even give it to me....I'm like "No problem we are going to have a snack" -- well snack is done 15 minutes later and they still don't have RC for me, I say ''Well how much longer?"
She says'' IDK however long it takes her to locate all the items and check ''
Then I'm all "That is easily accoplished with a handheld pda. Are you seriously going to make me wait any longer for this foolishness?''
-- then they come out and say "WE HAVE THE BARBIE VIDEO GIRL INSTOCK''
Uhm shh please me 5 kids are standing here, it is the holiday shopping season. I said, ''Yes, there are dark skinned dolls available, I would perfer a little skinned one thank you.''

Me: "Could you please be quite about it, and there are none now, it is 2:30 on a Saturday.''

I am pissed and see I will get no where with this so I go and try to get my kids out of there b4 my DDs birthday is totally ruined.

I leave go across the shopping center to go to Micheal's and realize the bitch gave me 5 of the RC request tix. I AM PISSED! I drive back over to Target w/out even going into the craft store and go in with steam coming out my ears. And I am all -- "I dont know what kind of BS you are tring to pull on me but THIS is not a RC!"
her: 'Yes it is" shakes her neck
me: " No it isn't Ma'am, I have used a RC before and this is not it!, This is, as it says is a RC request ticket. Here I will read you the instructions given on it! ---"
her: ''Well, Pfflt here, 5''

I have never called corp and have never complained to any higher ups before but this is it, the straw that has broken this camels back, bitch. I just seems like if they can't find anything wrong wth the items to my coupons then they just gotta be the boss somehow.

Dazzled, I get singled out ALL the time at my T and it pisses me off. I swear, as I'm driving away and moving to FL, I'm stopping in my T and telling them all to f*ck themselves.

I also plan on doing as much as I can to piss off this redneck town in the next 10ish days Big Grin Do you need a permit to stand around with signs (like how a street preacher does it)? Is that considered picketing?

OoOoh. I would love to just tell them when and where to shove it. Target -both of them, the bitch manager at my Food Lion, the dumber than dirt cashiers at Wags and OMG what I wouldn't do to the Managing Partner at the closest CVS - hate that passive aggressive woman, grrr. I would go all out with calling the weights and measures people right there holding up the line and registar and cashier and LOD as long as they felt my time wasn't worth anything. Oh the things I could burnin bridges, but when you are going oneway FTW! Cool

and here, in NC you need a permit to even panhandle, so I would assume they want your money for your 1st Amendment rights too.

I also just read "Eat, Pray, Love: One Woman's Search for Everything Across Italy, India and Indonesia" and Committed: A Skeptic Makes Peace with Marriage" by Elizabeth Gilbert. LOVED these books as well. The first more than the second, but both were very thought provoking.
The "House of Night" series was GREAT too! I just got done with the "Vampire Academy" series and the last book was one of the worst cliff hangers I have ever read! I just wasn't expecting it bc this author doesn't do many cliff hangers! Thankfully the next one is the series comes out in early December. laugh out loud

Now what's insane is that prior to that office visit I had ZERO symptoms of a UTI except the off and on spotting and then bleeding. However, I thought that was from the pregnancy. They did a pelvic exam and there was no signs of blood anywhere near my cervix. That's a relief. All of this spotting is from the damn kidney infection.

Had some good pain meds and IV antibiotics with Zofran, took a nice nap, came home. Smilie
That sucks! Kidney infections are one of the most painful things I have ever dealt with! I would say top 3, competing with childbirth with no epidural and an abcess tooth.
