And that was just one example....most all varieties they sold were similar....Amazon's wholesale prices went WAY up (seemingly because Green Mountain Coffee has bought so many of the k-cup companies out) and now has a monopoly of sorts, dominating the market. Not to mention I'm sure the cost of coffee has gone up in general.
Anyway, now the reg. price for that same product is $27.xx, no S&S option and who knows if they'll have any sales

Went to T and saw way too many people in parkas and wool coats and Uggs...it was 65 today.
Once the stockpile is built up I don't find it too hard to keep it maintained. So it takes a pretty good deal or MM to really get me in there....
I have never made coffee before, except at a hotel, and I still can't (I forgot filters), it is to late right now, but still. Someday soon I will make some coffee at home for the very first time
I hope Starbucks is good, I got vanilla, caramel, and pikes peak I think.
Oh no, it is 1 am no wonder I am rambling and can't think straight.
just heat up water in a kettle, so that it is at a slow boil, but not a rolling boil or a full boil.
add coffee. turn off stove and let steep for about 2 minutes.
use a mesh strainer ... place over cup and pour coffee through it. done.
or if you have cheesecloth, you could just put coffee grounds in that, making a little pouch and steep that bundle in the water pot.
or if you have the empty paper tea bags (the ones you use for loose tea), you could put grounds in that.
point is, to all the unfancy ones, you don't need a coffee maker. matter of fact, get yourself a french press for a few bucks and you'll have amazing coffee in minutes - no electricity needed, no filters needed, no kcups needed, no garbage created.
On another note, we are putting up our Christmas tree tonight. We got lights for it and we have about 12 ornaments. So I will be on the lookout for some nice/cheap ones.

many ornaments go on special sale at T on the 23rd/24th. clearance on the 26th.
you could always get your plain ones now... for cheap, then on 26th look for some patterned ones on clearance and come home and add to the tree. it will still be beautiful till new years.
dollar tree also has great ornament making supplies -- glitter foam sheets 12pk, felt 8ok, foam snowflakes, glittered foam snowflakes etc -- in case you guys want to do stuff together with the kids.
i also like getting small picture frames (T's good for this) and hangin from tree with ribbon. you could put sayings in them. or family pictures. or lyrics from carols. print them in a nice font on cream paper, cut out and voila!
we pick pine cones every fall. if you have any, you could paint with kids (gold, silver or a glitter flecked white) and hang with ribbon, too. those look lovely.
however, if you have a phone with bluetooth capability and a printer with bluetooth capability, they can connect over the bluetooth connection. so that solves that problem.
then comes the next issue - can the phone process bricks software or smartsource java or ecentives... again most phones won't be able to. i suspect you could on windows phones.
which takes me back to my initial thought - if you have a windows smartphone, and a newish HP printer, likely.

Really like that one I linked you to --- Coffee People Donut Shop. Also love: Gloria Jean's Butter Toffee, Gloria Jean's Hazelnut, Newman's Own (all of them), Tully's Kona, and the Cafe Escapes Dark Chocolate hot cocoa.
There are some that are just OK but I still like them on a reg. basis....and then there are some I haven't tried altogether. BUT it really depends how you like your coffee to begin with. I didn't start drinking coffee until a couple years ago, and I think I put more creamer in it than coffee
Pretty sure there is at least one person here who likes pretty much the exact opposite of what I do if I remember right! Gloria Jean's Butter Toffee with either Italian Sweet Cream or Vanilla Caramel Cream creamer is my ABSOLUTE favorite yummy coffee treat

I am using Listerine pre brush whitening rinse, then Sonicare, then floss, then maybe 3 times a week rinse with the purple Listerine. Sorry I don't remember when the TPC ends but one store was out so I grabbed some raincheck tags, can those be scanned at another store? I can see if I can get a raincheck scanned I keep forgetting, after my runs I am always wiped out and thinking STC! STC! Get me outta here. lol
Plus the sonicare just makes my teeth feel so much more clean and smooth than any other toothbrush I ever had.

Yep! My SS is getting a reused box. I even gave a couple people reused gift bags. One of my pet peeves is greeting cards and gift bags. Such a racket IMO. My in-laws

completely agree. It boggles my friends that I drink coffee, tea, soda, etc. all the time and my teeth are sparkly white. They keep asking how often I use strips, but I don't! Just use my sonicare

For the majority of last night, we couldn't even see the neighbor's houses. The only one we could tell was there is the one directly across from us and only because they had white icicle lights lit.
The winds shredded another neighbor's flag. It was fine before the storm. I have some damage to Christmas stuff but nothing that can't be fixed -- we think. Some poles on my blimp bent (expected). If I would have thought, I would have un-anchored it and laid it down. My hot air balloon (suspended from a tree) was fine when I went to bed -- not so fine this morning. Can't do anything today. The winds are still pretty bad and our chill factors are ~ 35 below. On the up side, we have a brand new shiny snow blower that is going to get a work out.
All the roads in this area of the state are either still closed or travel is not recommended. I think the no tow order is still in effect. Obviously, I am not going to make the (60 miles one way) trip to Target today. They damn well better not sell out of iPods. I really hope they get stuff cleared and the winds die down so I can go tomorrow morning.
