Went to the doc yesterday. Got bursitis in my left shoulder. Opinions were steroid shot in the arm, pt, ortho doc, or icing it and taking it easy.

Went to bed at 8:45 and slept til 6:00 this morning. Need 2-3 more nights like that.

Weird... I was in bed by 9:15. Way early. Still tossed and turned and kicked the snorer all night. I've got a dr appt at 9:45. Whee

Can they drain any of the fluid off? I have bouts of bursitis in my right knee and it feels 100% better when they drain it to releive the pressure.

I went to bed at 11:45 (since all the cool kids are doing it). Left the bed and went to the couch at 3. He was both snoring and hogging the bed (your half doesn't come out of the middle). Still wasn"t asleep by 5 when the alarm started blaring. Got back in bed at 6. Slpet until noon. Now I feel like my day is ruined.Mad

I think I'm going to start showing up for doctor's appointments an hour late. Seems like that's how long I have to sit in the waiting room every single time. Mad

hug You'll be amazed at what the doc can come up with when you tell him you're not paying for the drugs he was just sold over a steak dinner. Annoyed

Just did my run for the day. Saw my carpool buddy. Smilie She cheered me on. Made me feel good! Happy
