We got like 3 inches of snow yesterday, Shannon. THREE. Supposed to be 43 today so I hope every last bit of it is gone.
We will get one eventually, but it will be from the local shelter.
Guess I'll go shower so I can run this to him.

I hate freaking early release days. They have them all the time. We never had those when I was in school, lol. Maybe 2-3 times the whole year...maaaaaaybe.

My dad still isn't home & Mom is just gonna stay at work... one guy I work with turned around & went back to the office, he's there now... buddies at another office where I used to work did the same thing... this is ridiculous, there can't be more than 6-8 inches that came down, wtf is wrong with people!
Some dude asked me (I went for a walk because we weren't moving, so I walked probably... 1000 feet to the intersection (left my car running with the keys inside, what's going to happen? lol), took a look around, saw a sea of red and walked back) "do you know what's the delay", I almost told him "idiot drivers like you", but I couldn't get away from him, so I just said "the snow and a sea of red [brake lights]". He said it's 48 miles to house, so he's farked. I was considering walking the 6 miles I had left... but didn't
Another woman asked me "do you know what's wrong [she was stuck] or how I can get out?" (to move literally 2-3 feet to the next car), I told her not to hit the gas as hard and rock back and forward (this was also while I was walking around), she tried got out, and then said thanks, lol
People were walking with gas canisters around, because they ran out of gas on the road. I'm thankful I had charged my cell phone and had a full tank of gas.
Someone gave birth on the bridge (not by me, I heard it on the news), an ambulance wasn't able to get to them. So the woman went into labor and gave birth all on a bridge. She was later rushed to the hospital, no updates.
Today the streets are cleaned, all the cars that were abandoned on the highway are towed. O yeah, not in the right lane or the shoulder lane, or even the left lane. People left their cars in the middle farking lane and walked home.
I had an obstacle course to manivour while driving (the portions that I was driving)...
I put my water bottle to good use.

(and I totally read that as you saying "not by me" as in..not your baby.
I was listening to the radio and people were driving for 10+ hours to get home. Women were complaining that they're thinking of taking a towel from the trunk to take a leak, since well... you can't really go anywhere if you're not moving, lol
