Would any of the Valentine players get upset if you got your box early??? Like way early? Like next week? I have challenged DH to have a NO SPEND FEBRUARY...it is the shortest month of the year and we can only spend $50 on groceries...hopefully we will use up most of our stockpile. Gas...no trips over 50 miles. Regular bills. No eating out. No internet buying (please no good deals happen in Feb!) and I am feeling a little guilty about spending money on postage in Feb...unless I can buy it now and not send it until late Feb??? Any ideas?

Dh is feeling much better but my bug went from the upper down into the lower... I can't catch a break with this crap...no pun intended

Needless to say I will not be seeing mom today. Whatever I have i certainly don't want her to catch. My friend is keeping a good eye and my sis is going to stop to see her today.

I am going to attempt the grocery store. Need some supplies especially bananas and bread.

We are suppose to have a major storm starting late afternoon with many possible tornados so not sure if I can get back on later.

I guess while I'm talking about my son, I should mention that he started college last week. It's been a little bit of a rough start as we both thought he was registered for his auto repair classes, but really wasn't. The woman had written down his schedule but he was supposed to lock them in online. So the day before class was supposed to start, I went online to pay for the classes and saw he wasn't registered. The classes were filled up so he has to start with 4 academics which I know is going to be extremely difficult for him. He was classified with a learning disability from 2nd grade thru 12th and now he's doing college without an iep. I'm really worried about that but this is so important. His sentancing is supposed to be 1/31 (I have heard this may change though) He's done wonderfully meeting all requirements and if they give him probation he will have to do whatever they require as far as weekly drug tests, meeting a probation officer and still go 2x a week to iop and the other 5 days to a na meeting. I know there will be a time that he is going to feel overwhelmed and that scares me. I just keep telling him how lucky he is to have this opportunity to go to college and get well and have a family that totally supports him. Everybody has offered him help as far as school. I just hope he can get thru this semester and then the next one get his auto repair classes that I know he would do great in. He would have had to take the academics anyway at the end of the program which would have been better for him since he would be settled into his new routine. He could definatly benefit from some prayers. Prayers that his sentencing goes well and he gets probation and prayers that he can successfully make it thru this semester with as little fustration as possible.

Eat a BRAT!! Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast They also do make some good drugs that stop that I wish you lived closer becaue I have lots of them to share, have lots of goodies in my medicine cabinet...gotta clean that out before the kids get older Feel better soon!! Oh, and you will be the second SD'er that I meet on my trip....going swing by Coachie's for lunch and a play date!!

Dh is still feeling poorly but not as bad as me. His is in the lower gastro and mine is upper.
I think we kinda figured out it might have been something we ate when we went out for my birthday dinner. It's strange otherwise that both of us would be sick at the same time.

Our daughter (purebred) I did not pick her...Dh went to the pet store to buy fish for our pond. Called me to say...Please bring furboy to the store to see if they like each other. The furgirl kept kissing dh and he would not leave without her

Totally worth it in my book..

now I need to be a bit more sappy My step~son leaves to go back to Iraq tomorrow so if I could ask again for prayers for his safety and prayers for his young wife, We didn't get to see him when he/they came home so it is sadder this time around.

well, good morning!! We are moving into our condo this weekend... none of you told me how expensive it is to grow up! DAMN.

I just looked at it, and realized I listed everything I could think of, since I was trying to find something that my secret person would have, but I was wondering if it comes across as greedy. I was just trying to list everything I could think of, since you never know what a person could have in their stashes, but I hope nobody thinks I'm a greedy slobbery freeloader! I am incredibly happy with any box I get- I really like sending them better than getting them!

She was just asking me if I wanted something that came in the durex kit lol I guess he didn't see Laurens durex kit because the conversation got even odder as we drove. He knew durex referred to condoms but didn't realize they sell other products as well. He was wondering how she was going seperate the gel and the condom and why on earth would we want to do that. He knows I like to save money and thought this was going to far. I guess it was the way it was worded. hahaha Do I want the arousel gel from the durex. Definatly one of the most awkward drives and conversation I've ever had with my son. Just to try and set an example about texting and driving!

If you have me I would not mind and would do my best to not open the box, but I make no promises on that!! I Hope you can have a no spend February!!! I'd to try that, but I think I'd fail!! But you can do it!!
