shake head I have a feeling I wouldn't care for them just knowing me. Not a fan or turkey bacon or ground turkey or ground chicken for that matter. It is completely a psychological thing.

I don't like sausage at all....patties, links, etc.....none of it.

I will eat chicken, beef, turkey, ham, bacon in small quantities but I don't know what it is I just can't eat much of it. Maybe because it is filling? bulb I suppose that might be the case too. Not a big fan of lunch meat either. Hy-Vee has a good DiLusso honey mesquite turkey in their deli section and I do like that. But it is pricey so we don't buy it often. Sometimes there is a DiLusso coupon out.
Yeah, I don't really like beef.. a few bites of steak is my max.. but, I do like a good chicken breast or a few nuggets.. I am not crazy about ham at all.. but I do eat it at the holidays.. and in an occasional omelet.. Now, I like a good lunch meat.. mesquite turkey is my favorite rolled up with some baby swiss cheese.. love rollups... also like the buffalo chicken deli meat rolled up with pepper jack cheese!

Ran in T to get a prescription filled. Looked for Garnier peelies and found a few. Also found some q's which you all probably already know about but I just found them, lol. The gift sets of colognes which are on clearance have q's in them. All TQs and all expire 12/31/11. One is for 5.00 off Beyonce', which was on the clearance rack for 7.48, so made it 2.48 w/ tq. Also on the strip of q's were 5.00 off Halle, McGraw, Shakira, 3.00 off Playboy or Adidas, 3.00 off Jovan, 1.00 Rimmel cosmetic, 1.00/2 NYC cosmetic, 1.00 Sally Hansen nail Color and 1.00 off Sally Hansen Depilatory or bleach or wax.


Got some lab work back on Em. Her thryoid is off, she has hyperthroidism which goes along with the bone disease. Hopefully as her post pregnancy hormones settle down it will level out on it's own. Lots to learn about this thing she has...

I'm going to go paint my dining area. I'm painting it Sherwin Williams Ramie. I like it and I need to paint laugh out loud It's theraputic.

Hey guys! Thanks for the input as to my ailment. I think it's muscular and not internal, but I'm feeling LOTS better now, so we'll see. If it hurts again tonight then I'm going to see the dr. tomorrow. GG - can you believe I have a while closet full of those Therma-whatevers from Publix a while back and I never even thought to use one last night. Duh. Thanks for the reminder.

In other news... it's a big day here at the m2c house... the offer we made on a lot at the beach has been accepted. DH called me this morning while I was at T and I almost started sobbing. I'm just so excited for our family.

I use this in a pinch, when I'm in a rush and need to take something to church.

CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDIES

2 pouches chocolate chip muffin mix
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted for better flavor

Heat oven to 350. (325 for dark, nonstick pan) Grease bottom of 8-inch square baking pan. In large bowl, combine muffin mix and brown sugar; stir to blend evenly. Add butter, egg, and vanilla; stir until well blended. Stir in pecans. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool; cut into bars.

I don't think to make it often. As long as my son isn't around, I chop onion and mix in it too.

Well, I haven't accomplished much today. I talked to the onion hating son for over an hour. Then I took the grinder to the dog's nails. Oh, yes, and this freshly pawdicured dog got the boiled eggs off the kitchen counter. She either ate them or took them outside cuz they aren't in here. She has never, ever stood up and taken food off the counter. Not even meat. There was a plate of bacon on one side of the kitchen, boiled eggs on the other and she picked the eggs? Seriously? What a weird-o.

I made the most yummiest baked ziti yesterday.....had to dig up the recipe but here it is:

I had pasta sauce frozen that already had the beef in it so I just used that to make it easier. Thought it would be harder but it wasn't too bad.
