I've never seen you post in the Publix thread, so I thought you didn't shop there and just shopped elsewhere. Sorry. Hug2
qqueen shops there and .teri. shops there too, but I think teri's been too busy with her DD and GD to notice who posts and who doesn't in the P thread. Any more news .teri.?

I stopped at 3 P stores tonight. . . no one had the Beggin Strips, so I got rain checks. One didn't have Tidy Cat, so RC (I'd rather have a rain check for this, waiting on this Sunday's Qs), one didn't have OR Tender White popcorn, so RC. Looks like I'm moving the sale at least a month and I thought this was gonna be a slow week.

HU Keurig fancy ladies that need a carousel. I don't know anything about these, but thought of ya'll when I saw this.

He got laughed at for asking for sole custody! DUH! Have fun proving I am an unfit mom! The 2 people from family relations just looked at him and said to stop dreaming.. you will never get sole custody! We are looking at maybe 2 more months and its done... financial settlement being set up now.
But I came here to ask if anyone is in the Phoenix area... heading out there with the boyfriend in a few weeks. Just message me PUHLEASE Smilie

Hope everyone is doing okay!

Yep, from texas. Still 99.9 miles to our new home. I swear to gawd this has been one of the longest ass trips of my entire life. Because we are hauling a massive trailer it's eating up my damn target visa's for gas and I just don't like that one bit. Add to that my sister is sicker than shit and barely hanging in there. She has what I have had for almost 2 weeks but I am starting to feel much better.

Ugh. I just wanna be in our new home already. Once we get there we have to unload half the fuggin trailer just to go to bed.

go dreeme, go! go dreeme, go!

1.5 hours and you are home free, in your new home!!! Yahoo!

go dreeme, go!

that was me rooting for you! laugh out loud

TX to MO is long, partly because it takes forever to leave texas. easy to get there, hard to get out, since it is such a sprawling state. i've done TX to IL, TX to PA, and TX to MA. Faint

i feel your pain, girlie. but i am rooting for you! welcome to pretty winters. and snowball fights. and pretty scarves. yayyyyyy!

hug hug hug

p.s. forget lugging half the trailer out. if you can just get the mattress out (no boxspring, or bed frame etc) you can just put it on floor and sleep the night. then fix in A.M. or if you guys have sleeping bags or an air mattress...

hug

How old is she again Ank?

I don't think we will ever get to that day around here Faint

DD will be 3 here within a couple weeks and hasn't had her first yet. And her hair STILL isn't much over her ears. It has grown some but not much.

I am fine with that though....I think. She started sleeping w/o diapers at night this week. She'd been dry for sooooo long in the mornings but I didn't wanna give up the diapers laugh out loud One more 'baby' thing gone Crying
Sounds like my oldest DD, I could finally put in a tiny pony tail after she turned three. Her hair took forever to come in, now she is a teen and has the most thickest hair I have ever seen, even hairdressers comment how she has unusually thick hair. She did not have her first haircut until she was 6! And that wasn't a real haircut, she just needed the back evened out since she had kinda a mullet going on with just one really long piece of hair going down her back.

My oldest dd and older ds both had lots of hair that grew in early. Even now, they have lots of hair and it grows fast. Maybe it's because they are brunettes? Younger dd and monkey toddler are both blonde, looked bald for the longest time until their hair darkened a little. Monkey only had the back trimmed because he had that baby bullet going on. It's so fine and thin that it goes every which way. Blonde dd's hair went from nothing to Shirley Temple curls at about age 3, and for a blonde she has a fair amount of hair with a lot of body.

btw LOVE the Walgreens cashier comment. I would have loved to have seen her face when she made the snide eating cat food comment, and someone handed her cat food coupons. LMAO

She was only 23, married for less than 2 yrs and just had her most wanted baby girl for 2 months, though she had her 9/10 matched donor, her cancer cells were uncurable and in the end we had to let her sleep within 7 months..Your post moved me to tears..hug
Wow! Your sister was so young...

Good Morning!

Jamie...hope you made it safely!

I am feeling better today, but still acky!

I went to bed with a headache on Wed. Woke up with a headache on Thursday, feeling sick, but no vomiting, but lots of the 'other' stuff. Was so tired by the end of the day. Feeling a little better this morning but not much better. Went to the grocery store. Now need to do laundry and wash the floor.

Jamie: Congratulations on the move! Are you moving for work? Hope you and your family are happy in your new home! Do you have family/friends in MO? More importantly, do you have the 411 on the Ts in your new area? Evil

I meant to ask b4 but did you move a freezer with you? In all this preparing in thinking and researching I just realized I have 2 chest freezers and 2 fridge freezers that are FULL FULL FULL - not that I am leaving anytime in the direct future but if I can get it all down to 1 chest freezer is there an outlet to plug it in in the truck? Do you know from experience? I would really hate to lose ALL my frozen goods. I have like obscene amounts of ground beef and steaks for FIL job.

Good morning meanies hug

Jamie - Hoping you made it safely and were able to toss a mattress on the floor and get some sleep.. Am I missing the fact that we had no idea you were moving until just a few days ago? Guess you guys had a place ready and waiting on you when you arrived? Hope you get settled in quickly and hit up target to test it out!

Bunnies - Glad you are feeling better! Sounds like you are right back to work.. no rest for us women is there?

Dazzled - I am so envious that you have a freezer full of meat. That is one thing I wish I could stock up on more.. I have a few steaks from target, a few packs of chicken and ground beef.. I do have an entire freezer full of bread and cookie dough, and half a freezer that still has TGIF meals in it. I am paranoid about losing a freezer and my food spoiling. I check that darn freezer in the garage almost every time I leave. So afraid the kids are gonna unplug it.

Slowtech - good luck with your target trip.. Happy shopping!

I have had my coffee and need to clean a bit. we have friends coming over tonight.. but, I am not motivated!

nod YES we moved 2 freezers. DH froze water in some big "to go" containers (I am sure your DH has some at work--the plastic ones like tupperware?) to make big ice packs...then he unpacked everything from the freezer, loaded the freezers onto the truck and then repacked the food & ice packs. This gave us the opportunity to go through the stuff on the bottoms of the freezers and throw out/give away what we knew we'd never eat. He loaded the freezers on last so they came off the truck first and he kept them plugged in until the very last minute (literally right before he drove out of our driveway Coverlaugh) with an extension cord. There was NO outlet on the truck we rented---Just don't open the freezer until it's ready to be plugged back in. The freezer was unplugged for 4 1/2 days and everything was still completely frozen.
