dh is planning a wk's trip to orlando/miami to watch some baseball and i'm looking for some suggestions of what to do the rest of the time. depending on what we do, we will spend more or less time in orlando than miami.
we've been to florida many times, so have done most of the major attractions. definitely going to wizarding world of harry potter. but that's all i can think of. in the last few yrs have been to animal kingdom, hollywood studios, epcot, islands of adventure. haven't been to seaworld in a long time but it's probably same old, same old. i refuse to go to universal studios fl/ca ever again if i can help it. just one huge gift shop. so annoying!!!
went to miami couple yrs ago. walked around coral gables, miami beach, saw vizcaya, zoo (i think), aquarium (i think), disappointed in the cuban area. pretty sure we hit all the major highlights. we also did a cruise out of miami.
if there is anything outside of orlando and miami or in between the 2 would be good also, since we are driving. i would go shopping but can't really carry stuff back on the plane anymore and tax on clothing in florida but not at home. dh does not like shopping and avoids it at all costs.

My nephew's wife is pregnant and I thought about buying her a pack 'n play. Because she goes to her Moms frequently, would it be stupid to buy her 2 of them, one that she could use anywhere and one she could just leave at her moms?

Okay, that made no sense to me
He said new laptops don't come with true install discs.. they come with restore discs specific to that particular machine that will have all the drivers, etc.. needed for that computer.. so, if you get a new one with XP, W7, whatever, you can't just use that disc and pop it into another computer and make it work.
HTH! My DH knows alot about computers, and people call him all the time.. but, I am not computer smart at all.. when I have computer problems, if I can't get DH at work on the phone to help me, I get my kids.. the boys know much more than I do
Thank your hubs for the information. It's helpful for me to know that. We only have 1 computer with the XP on it. We have 2 with vista and one with windows 7.
The xp is used by son.
Vista is by me for my coupons
Windows 7 is sitting in the box. This is the emergency computer should the real coupon one break. After all coupons are the source of our food.
Other vista is work puter, but it prints coupons, just sayin'
Then I have the stupid google computer. If you want to drive someone insane but not be caught doing it, give them the google computer. I was all excited when google sent it to me, now I see it was simply there way of saying...hey loser stop using google!

Boy! There is a difference in prices between stores! One store had it for $1.12 a bottle. The store a few miles down the road had it for $1.99
