You didn't post a "have"...

Spent a glorious 30 mins in the backyard with the kiddos. Sun was shining, they were running around playing with bubbles, and I leaned back on my lovely lounge chair (compliments of the big T!) and got my share of vitD for the day. laugh out loud And speaking of patio furniture, is anyone else praying/hoping/wishing for a patio TQ? That sure was a fun coupon.

Had a grand run at T this morning. All coupons behaved as I knew they would. Did anyone else happen to notice all the gc deals going on this week? I was down to my last roll of tp, so that was a nice bonus. Big Grin

tmcws, that is a beautiful dress!

OK, must get off and get dinner going and coupons sorted.

Anybody remember the music group HANSON?? Or was that just my time? LMAO Every time I hear about the Justin Beiber craze I think back to Hanson being the big 'thing' that all us girls drool over in middle school Teehee

That's the end of the cheap as far as prom goes...she found a dress that she fell in love with - it's the one here [magicmomentsprom.com] . I think it's gorgeous, but the price made me want to vomit She's paying half of it with her saved money, but still...for a dress she'll wear once...gag. I told her she has to have her senior pics taken in it...possibly even get married in it for that price! laugh out loud

Luckily, the back laces up, so no need for alterations. And I told her if it was too long, she'll just have to get taller shoes!
That *is* gorgeous but OMG I think I would have trouble paying that price too!

The funniest part is the fact that she swears it is a princess dress that was made just for her, yet she'll have to take the night off from her job milking cows to go to the prom! laugh out loud

Prom is killing me this year. Frown It's DD's junior prom, and it's done up HUGE for the freaking town of 500 people I live in. Luckily, her BF's uncle owns a limo company, so they're getting the stretch Hummer for $15 apiece. This is the second year they've gotten the "good" limo...it's really ticking the upperclassmen off!

Faint I am not joking you when I say that that dress cost more than my wedding dresses (from both marriages Teehee) combined. And one of them is a Maggie Sottero. Better take lots of pictures momma heart

Within a couple weeks our son, 2 or 3 at the time, got out of the tub, slipped on the vinyl and smashed his little face into the vanity. Next day right after he got off work, the carpet was laid.
That's a horrid story - and why I'm always right next to DS in the tub. We have a house full of wood and while I love the look of it, it is slick as snot when it's wet. Even the porch is a pretty varnished wood and it's a skating rink in the winter.

Um.....yes????

The thing about Justin Bieber is he is actually a prodigious talent - taught himself to play various instruments, writes songs, has a good voice. Its a shame that the teen craze has cheapened him to this degree. If he had waited a couple years before doing his youtube videos, he wouldn't be a teen heartthrob, he'd be the next Josh Groban or Michael Buble. JMO, though. Wink

The peelies on Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs aren't active yet, which means ya'll should keep an eye out. The movie it's promoting (Soul Surfer) doesn't some out until next month so there's plenty of time.

Hey, last week I saw Hanson on Jay Leno, and they are all grown up! They actually did a song that sounded really nice too. I had forgot all about them. I totally remember the Hanson craze, but I was already old by then...LOL!

Oh, and I think Justin Bieber is really talented. He's adorable and I enjoy watching him on interviews, he's quite a character. I think he will be a long time performer/entertainer of some sort, though he says music is his passion.

my sweet, sweet DIL works for a company that has a suite at the Wells Fargo Arena and all the employees can throw their names in a hat and win the suite for what ever concert is scheduled. She is so lucky - wins the seats all the time which really works for me cause I can come spend the weekend with the girls and she and DS can have date night.. So anyway, last summer she won the suite for the JB concert and she and her BFF were rockin' out with about a bazillion (ok, a litte exagerated) middleschoolers because DS refused to go with her. I just found out Michael Buble is coming in June and have been hinting hot and heavy that this old girl would sure like to go; so here's to hoping she wins me some tickets! He is so totally HOT!

I totally agree and I still think he will be the next Josh or Michael (provided his voice changing doesn't mess him up lol). I've got a few of his songs on my iPod. Big Grin

Yes... and it was nasty. I don't have boys, so I have no idea about training them. laugh out loud

Well, okay, now that I think about it - DH is a boy and I've never had an issue with him... so I guess it's just some folks...

*maybe* I'll consider carpet someday then... because hand washing floors is getting a bit old. And I definitely have taken my fair share of slips and falls.

Guess I should work on it then... though, if it helps I have paypal.
