I had 28 coupons for Nivea Mens a few months back and couldn't find any at any Target's - So the LAST night of the sale - I went to Walmart around 10 or 11 pm and got them to price match at $2.99. I had $3 qs. They sat there and adjusted each of the 28 coupons down one penny.Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Some of my students have told me about the Quinceañera in Mexico. It seems like such a wonderful thing! The girl is the total star and it is all about celebrating her and her movement into adulthood.

By the way... the parents don't have to pay for the whole thing. Someone sponsors the dress, someone sponsors the band, someone sponsors the cake, etc. etc. And according to my sources, when you agree to sponsor something - you don't set a limit. The dress sponsor pays for ANY dress the girl wants, etc.

I happened to be at the dentist today. And I happened to find 3 Parents Magazines.
I found 3 codes - All expire 3/31

Codes gone - but will keep looking..

Geez... you gals have me ripping codes of out magazines for things I don't even want....
I had to crawl over a sleeping woman in the waiting room to get one of the magazines...
Almost woke her up!

Holy cow almost missed the part in the new WM policy where it said they'd take catalinas from competitor stores as long as the are mq's....

So I hadn't noticed as much trouble around here since the whole thing went down back in Jan.....then when Gain came out my mom was going nearly every night to WM after work and they were completely wiped out of it. So at that point my mom and I were pondering what to do and I get a PM from SC over on AFC Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) Letting me know that there were lots of tearpads out and where. Of course found pretty much nothing.....and told her so in a PM that day. At which point she offers to send me an envie with some tearpads.

Now, I'm not dumb enough to give out my own real address or real full name Wink Evil But my interest was piqued enough that I didn't want to turn that down for multiple reasons. Got those this week....two of them. Interesting thing was that one had gone through the mail system, envie had all of the processing markings on it, stamps had been 'used' in their system, etc. The other envie had stamps and everything but did not appear to have gone through the system. I know the PO can mess that up occasionally, but two envies from the same place on the same day? I don't know, just interesting. Suffice it to say that there was no other way the other envie could have gotten into this particular mailbox any other way than the postal worker putting it there though so who knows.

Meanwhile, my mom decides to go ahead and contact someone at WM to alert them of this little problem. At which point we discover that we happen to know one of the higher-ups there, which should end up helping in the long run. They were VERY interested in the info. we had about her. When I bought a couple Gain there the other day they looked over the coupon carefully so I know they are paying attention, we'll see what happens in the future. It will be interesting.

My daughter seemed to have a wonderful time at prom tonight.. What is up with this crazy Ga. weather. The temps have been so nice the last few weeks.. We have been in the 70's most days, and now today when she is wearing a sleeveless dress, the temps were in the upper 40's EEK! We had already planned on taking pictures outside at the park.. Poor thing froze her tushie off laugh out loud But, she was a trooper and let the lady from church take shots for an hour.. I snapped a few on my phone that I will try to attach. I can't wait to see the ones the girl took, hers always turn out very nice heart

After we dropped her off, DH and I went to dinner, then went on a search for magazines.. Only managed a few from BRU cause they were hiding them and only had a few out.. Struck out finding them at target or WM.. Did have a good target run and get some Charmin with the GC deal, some swiffer, some jeans, excedrin and a few other things..

I wish I felt like a princess. That sounds like a really amazing party, I would have been down for that. I guess in the states prom is kinda like that. But I didn't go to a single one, so I guess I missed out. The Quinceañera sounds much better and you wouldn't need a date. My grandmother told me after I was in college I was just like the ugly duckling.

Oh lilB was trying to beat his way out nod he was mad and daddy was out of town. I haven't noticed him kicking a lot, he does sometimes but when he gets really mad at his sisters he does this windmill punching thing and goes crazy trying to beat them up while growling and making mad noises. We have the same look about it too, I am not sure where he learned it from either. His sisters don't beat him like that and there is no beating on anyone or anything around here, well except lilB beating on us. He still really really hates his potty too. Maybe we need a cute froggy one.

I thought RR's are catalinas, they even come out of the catalina machine. Wink

I am sorry you had a crappy experience.
But I must add...if it was me and they asked.."how did this make you feel"...oh my gosh, I would have had a blast.

1. Made me not trust people again. Currently I am sitting in my closet afraid to come out. My therapist should be calling back any moment.

2. It made me feel inadequate and unsure.

3. It made me feel that I want to punch the cashier in her head.

4. Made me feel like I wanted to go back to SD and tell them you are still @ssholes.
