Okay everyone I do have a legitimate problem. My wife watches that Teen Mom show (That's a whole other problem....) They are running a marathon on TV and it keeps recording every episode on the dvr and won't stop. Even when I go to the menu and choose not to record it. Is my dvr out of whack?

I don't know the mechanics of it but I'd think that since it belongs to you, you should be able to use the way you see fit. Unplug it from the wall for a few minutes and see if that helps. No owners manual?

No manual. I googled it and can't figure it out. It's annoying because the reminder keeps popping up. I called my wife and I guess the "Season Finale" is on tonight so it needs to be recorded....So I was told to stop messing around with it.....

Change it from "new episodes + re-runs" to just "new episodes" Facepalm

I screwed up and deleted LOST one time before she got home, told her she could just watch it on the internet. It didn't go over so well.

Get Uverse so you can watch multiple shows at once?

I actually just had that issue with Colbert Report...the episodes were playing as repeats but had a blank "First Air" date...so they fell in to the "new" pile and recorded...one day I had 10 of them, farking comedy central lazy a$$ btards...

Not anorexic at all my friend. I do asphalt work for a living and work 60-90+ hours a week. I eat like a your mom at an all you can eat buffet (A TON!!!!!!) and can't keep on the weight! In my off season I have a healthy regiment of working out and stick to a pretty healthy diet (running 2-5 miles on the treadmill per day, tennis and being awesome) Hopefully someone takes you to the vet and gets you put down, you sad sad little troll....
