Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

The Tide Challenge that was supposed to start on 3/28, but was postponed due to technical difficulties has now been rescheduled.

Regarding the current game: I won a $20 Visa gift card playing the scratch game today. The CS rep wasn't sure, but thought confirmation emails would be sent (they weren't on the last game). We will see I guess. If not, and I don't get the gift card, guess I'll be bugging them again after this game ends in July!

When I signed up on the Camel site last year, I got my PID in the mail. It's on a small card, about the size of a credit card, that they sent along with coupons. I don't use the PID to sign on to the site, I use what they call my "alternate ID", which is basically a user name, just like we have a user name here on SD.

No one is sure yet when the Newport game will start. The site just says "coming in April". I posted the contest here on SD and will update the thread when more info is available, and will also post here on the FF.

I've been off of this site for a while, so I'm hundreds of pages behind, but everyone mentioning Camel reminded me that I had supposedly won a $25 gift card on the last game. I called their customer service number, and they looked up my account, confirmed I had won, and said that because there were a lot of winners, gift cards are going out in the first two weeks of April.
