Dove® Men+Care™ - TOURNAMENT TO COMFORT - 18+ - 6/20/11

1. Promotion Period: Tournament to Comfort (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 6, 2011 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on June 20, 2011 (the "Promotion Period"). See below for specific dates of all Rounds.

2. To Receive Sweepstakes Entry/Instant Win Chance: visit www.dovemencare.com (the "Entry Site") go to the promotional area and click "register" to fill in all required information or log-in for one (1) entry into that Round's Sweepstakes Drawing only and one (1) Instant Win chance. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the Golf Game, however, Golf Game play will not earn you any additional Sweepstakes entries or Instant Win chances. Registration is only required the first time you enter. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win chance per person per email address per day. All eligible registration Sweepstakes Entries and Instant Win chances must be received by 12:00 p. m. ET on each Round's end date, except for the last Round which will end at 12:00 p.m. ET, indicated in the chart below to be eligible for that Sweepstakes Drawing only. Sweepstakes Entries will not be carried forward for subsequent Sweepstakes Drawings, if any. For purposes of the Promotion, a "day" is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET, except for the first "day" of the Promotion (April 6, 2011), which begins at 12:00 p.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET and the last "day" of the Promotion (June 20, 2011), which begins at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET. All entries must be complete to be eligible. All entries/Instant Win chances become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. 5. Sweepstakes Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"):
Round 1 Sweepstakes Prize (1): A 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Atlanta, Georgia for a meet and greet with Stewart Cink. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner's home city to Atlanta, Georgia; two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one [1] double occupancy rooms); transportation to/from airport/hotel, a $2,500 check to be used for any additional ground transportation/expenditures, and a meet and greet with Stewart Cink (ARV: 6,500).

Round 2 Sweepstakes Prize (1): A one (1) day golf lesson with Stewart Cink's or Davis Love's swing coach (exact swing coach is to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion) at a Sponsor-selected local golf course near the winner's home town and a $1,000 check. (ARV: $3,500).

Round 3 Sweepstakes Prize (1): Custom Golf Clubs and DMC Bag awarded as a check (ARV: $1,000).

Round 4 Sweepstakes Prize (1): A 7-day/6-night trip for two (2) to Atlanta, GA for tickets to a Sponsor-selected golf tournament. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner's home city to Atlanta, GA; six (6) nights hotel accommodations (one [1] double occupancy rooms); transportation to/from airport/hotel, a $3,000 check to be used for any additional ground transportation/expenditures, and tickets to a Sponsor-selected golf tournament (ARV: $10,000).

All Sweepstakes prize components are subject to availability. In the event a Sweepstakes Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of destination city, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for air transportation portion of prize. Actual retail value of Sweepstakes Prize may vary due to Sweepstakes Prize winner's residence, dates of travel and fares at time of travel. Gift cards are subject to restrictions and expiration dates may apply. There is a limit of one (1) Sweepstakes prize per person per email address.

Round 2 Instant Win Prizes (90 total): One (1) $50 GolfSmith Gift Card and one (1) Dove Men+Care Retail Gift Pack (ARV: $60 each).

Round 3 Instant Win Prizes (90 total): One (1) $50 GolfSmith Gift Card and one (1) Dove Men+Care Retail Gift Pack (ARV: $60 each).
