VOTING/JUDGING: During each Contest Period, entries will be posted on the Website and the Petcentric Photo Contest application on Facebook and Petcentric.com members and fans of the Petcentric page on Facebook will be able to vote for their favorite entry in each category (dog and cat). Limit one vote per person per photo, per Contest Period. The use of automated voting methods is strictly prohibited and suspect votes will be disqualified. Any attempt by entrant and/or his/her family/friend to vote more than the number of times authorized herein using multiple names or email addresses and/or any other fraudulent mechanism, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, shall give Sponsor the right to disqualify entrant in its reasonable discretion. The public voting period begins at the beginning of the Contest Period and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. CT on the last day of each Contest Period. Within approximately ten days of the end of each Contest Period entries will be judged by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Contest. Public voting will count toward 20% of the total score assigned to each entry. The remaining 80% of the total score will be based on the score assigned by one or more independent judges using the following judging criteria: Originality/Creativity (40%); Relevance to Theme (30%); and ability of entry to express the happy, healthy nature of your pet (30%).

OMG!!!!!I WON!!!! Ive been begging my son to fix mine. I bought it from ebay for $30 broken and he fixed it. It worked for 2 years until there was a power surge and hes had to fix it 3 times since then.

If you click on "Scores" to see who is highest, it shows recipes with 1.9 before it goes back up to the high ones (I think it's page 4). VERY strange. But maybe that's why we like it.

I'm still waiting for one of the people who must be looking at the submissions to start pulling some of ours down. I mean "Mexican Roadkill" as an entry???? I voted on all of these the prior two days and I STILL cracked up this morning over some of our titles/descriptions. I mean CAMEL MEAT? Have any of you ever eaten camel meat? I have, and trust me, even Dabblewood wouldn't make it palatable. And Jules' tortilla wrapped dog -- where she actually had to explain that it was for loving not eating ! ! !

I don't think so! If it runs like others set up that way, it works this way:
Get point for voting for someone (good or bad)
Point for commenting on entries (only good on the first comment per entry)
Point ever time someone votes for you

(You should be able to vote on each entry daily, to get more points)
