No big deal. But please don't mention diabetes as an excuse! My son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 5. He is 13 now, and has had to have a minimum of 4 shots a day for the last 8 years. Diabetes does not make you rude and inconsiderate!

I don't think we are suppose to ask for any type of votes but as long as no one hits the mod button we are fine. I was a bit surprised they let Wiki info on voting stay. Guess the Mods aren't checking in or just don't care as long as no one makes a fuss.

And Cindy, when your sister goes to the hospital buy a huge box of candy and leave it in her room. When a nurse comes in offer them a piece. You will get a lot of nurse attention. We call it nurse bait. Worked great when my mom was in the hospital and the same with my brother's numerous hospitalizations.

So he must take shots for the rest of his life and be on a certain diet. Untill the docs out there come up with something better??
