RETIRED: Marlboro Outwit the West Funny Farm

We had a weatherman here one time say tornados were on the way so put your teeth in and your shoes on and make sure your wearing a bra just in case he has to interview you about the tornado damage!!!

My sister has the greatest job!!!They came out with a new margarita mix and today was the managers meeting so they all got to try it!!!

Ok, just did a little looking around and found a neat animated horse pic (everyone knows I have a "thing" for the animated ones) - of course, I had to resize it to use as an avatar, so it's not as good as the original. Try it on for size, and if you want something else, we can just do an image search on Google or Bing and find you something else. Just let me know.

There is no possible way I will ever catch up with ya'll.

Would like to report an interesting situation, however. Yesterday (Monday) I received a notice from UPS of attempted delivery (signature required). I left a note for UPS giving my permission they could leave package if that was acceptable. If not, could leave at my work place which is on their route. Got a call from our gal in accounting that a box was delivered there for me. Guess what - FINALLY - THE BOOTS!!!

I told the gal what else I was expecting sometime. Not too long later she texts me - 'think your belt buckle arrived'. It was the SD card with my note to UPS taped to the box. The boots came FedEx and the guy must've seen my note for UPS.

Then, after work I check the mailbox and there's a slip in there - package at the post office from Marlboro. Yee Haw!!! Ain't even gonna guess what that one is!! Next to the check marked 'parcel' is a handwritten '2'.

So, heads up - when you all request a new SD card for your netbook, it comes UPS and signature is required. (at least for me it was).

My sis informed me that many of you won on the recipe contest and got what you wanted - CONGRATULATIONS!!! Unfortunately, I had to give up on voting on that due to lack of time. I apologize for voting for some and not others. It certainly wasn't personal - just no extra time to do it Hope the rest of you get what you want as well!!

Does she need an assistant? I am pretty good at making up recipes!

I knew I should have explained that. No I'm not a tyranny. I am a she but I do have a facebook page just for contests and stuff. I used the name of a male friend of mine who is longer here and will not be needing a facebook page of his own.

Funny thing is, someone sent me a friend request and I said sure, then one of their friends asked me to be their friend and now I have 6 friends who have no clue who Bill is. How crazy is that!!!
