I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

The first answer is right. The 22nd amendment to the constitution says not only that "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice" but also that if you have acted as President for more than "two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once".
The answer therefore is 10 years. 2 years (but not a day more) where you assumed the office of President without being elected, followed by 2 four year terms of elective office.

There have been small babys that have suffocated in them since they force their chins to their chests. Bigger kids can wiggle out. I used to think it was a good idea until I read of a kid that died. I never tried them They would be good for a kid to carry a doll
