I got this email earlier today and I'm trying to remember what the heck I entered to win this. Normally I would probably just send my address and see what I got when it was delivered, but since the credit card/email theft, I'm very leery about any email that I get now......

OK, guys, could really use your help on this, as gas money (well, ANY money) is getting scarce. I entered my pic at the Brads Deals contest - http://www.facebook.com/bradsdeals Unfortunately, there is no dedicated spot, you just post to their wall. Look for "Tom Stangl" or the pic of the hippy in the tie-dye T. I just posted it, 1 Like (me) so far, and the leaders are up near 200, with the end of the contest in a few days (I THINK 4/20). I would love to have that much daylight. But you will have BIG mosquitoes pretty soon huh? Those suckers scare me. Give me some of those night goggles and a heppi needle. I am actually alergic to mosquitos, swell up like I wish my hubby would some times.

Okay, this is a long one, but please bear with me.

Did anyone ever work in a grocery store as a cashier? I have a problem and don't know which option would be better for the kid who rang up my Ralphs purchases.

I had that Pemmican coupon (and I honestly don't remember how much it was good for, so if you still have it or remember the value of it, please let me know). At any rate, I went to Ralphs after "work" and asked where they sold the jerky. I was told that it was on aisle 12 and also around the various cash registers (I guess it's an impulse purchase for some people). There were none on aisle 12, but I found a large package near the end of the customer line, so put it into my cart. There was no price on it.
Well the store was packed and everyone in a rush, including the cashier. He looked at the coupon took off the price and I paid for the rest of the items. I didn't know the price of the jerky until I got home and looked at the register receipt -- it was almost $11.00. I'm certain that the coupon was worth nowhere near that price.

As it takes me two buses to get to Ralphs and another two to get home, I didn't immediately return to fix the mistake. But now that I'm thinking about it, I'm not certain I even should go back and tell them what happened.

1. Will the cashier get in trouble for giving me the wrong credit because management will notice his mistake?
2. Will he get in trouble if I go back and point out the error because no one would have noticed it otherwise?

I don't know how grocery stores work but I'm hoping someone here does and will let me know the best thing to do. Please note: I would have no problem ripping Ralphs off for the entire $11 because I've had enough stuff I've purchased not make it into my bag over the years. I just don't want to get the cashier in trouble.

Thank You Katie for your help....Can you believe I froze up on the second link about"Why does internet explorer freeze-up?" lol,but not....frustrating...I book-marked those.I will try to find out.I too am in the group of I know how to turn the computer on and a few other thing's but no so much on how to fix anything,I am afraid my fixing may cause me more trouble,I am hoping I can get my sister to help me out,sometimes she can talk me through thing's on the phone.I ran Malwarebytes-Anti Malware and it came back nothing detected.I have Window's Home Vista...My niece installed i-tunes on here the other day,I am wondering if that caused something.
