April 24, 2011, 3:13 am: System Notice: This thread content has been automatically archived from another thread which reached post limit, and will be preserved for reference and archival purposes. The discussion should continue in the original thread

Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

So, I hope it catches on !

So pop a beer and pull up a chair and relax !

Why, thank you for asking! I still have a hefty bruise on my left buttocks - those things take forever to go away!! I had fun mooning a few people and getting a bunch of oooos, and 'that's the biggest bruise I've ever seen' comments. Left collar bone area still sore at times - those things can take forever to heal. But hey, no bones were broken - that is a huge positive, and all is pretty good - except for those darn eye lids that keep wanting to snap shutLMAO
That could be part of the reason your tired. Your body is using your energy to heal all the owies you got.

In the spirit of the season and what's happened lately, one very nice thing that happened the Easter following Good Friday in March of 1964 in the town of Anchorage, my sister and I still got our Easter baskets! Smilie Does anyone know what happened (besides my sis) on Good Friday in Alaska in 1964? The big earthquake.

I would also like to announce that sometimes parents aren't necessarily fair, however, it may be for a good reason (I personally don't know what that reason is). My sister is 4 years older then me but yet I quit getting an Easter basket the same year she did. That means (of course I have to stress this) that SHE got an Easter basket four years longer than I did! (C, you know I had to mention this and I am over it now) Crying
Like I said my daughter and husband and children will be here this weekend and they do every easter. they bring easter bunny stuff of course and hide baskets in grandmas house and we will color eggs here. fantastic!!!!!!!!! AND grandma gets a ester basket hidden each year to this day.I have to look for my basket!

I absolutely loved looking for my Easter basket! (wish I still got one!) I just love getting any presents in general. Unfortunately, when you get older, the presents lessen - very sad. I'm sure glad you still get your Easter basket!! What a thrill that must be for you - and to have all your family surrounding you!

she was still feeling it tonight,
I don't think she will be doing it again any time soon

We were very lucky - our house we grew up in is on a bluff that could have easily gone down, but didn't. We also had a fresh snowfall so we could melt and boil it for drinking and other purposes. Many tales to tell with an event like that. Just hope we don't have another one that size in our lifetime!
