I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

Reason I am asking is I have an employee who claims she has it and has been missing a lot of work lately due to "not feeling well and low blood sugars", I am trying not to doubt her but I think perhaps it is another issue and am debating about sending her in for a drug test.

My mother in law has type 2. She says that type 1 is the one where you need insulin shots and if she is missing work due to this then a doctors note would be needed to secured her job. If she can't produce that note from the doctors who prescripes her insulin then I would then think something else it up.But ya that is from what I understand the worse one to have and you can actully go into shock and die from not using your insulin proberly, try to google. lot of info out there. There are laws in each state for this type of situation so I would also check with the labor board in your state for proper etiquite for this. Good luck, it is a hard decision as an owner to have to do but if they are using their meds correctly then there should be no problem.... Let us know I hope I was helpful but Not a doctor.
