Yep, Alabama now has connections with several online places and can check by shipping address on whether or not you paid state tax on the item. If you don't volunteer the info on your state income tax, they slap you with everything they have that you bought out of state and charge you for it. Even if you PAID another states tax, the state is thinking about making you still pay AL state tax too. There's a worksheet about the state tax for online and out of state purchases in our state income tax forms.

Needless to say, I'm a cash only girl in TN now. Big Grin (Sucks to live 4 miles from the border and have this rule).

I can confirm that Amazon codes are working all in the same account again. Now I need to knock out some orders without have to create a new account every darn time! Whee

I got my envelope from Rachael today with some extra goodies. Thank you guys so much! It has been too much! Thank you Rachael for putting all this together. I am sure it was alot of work. I can't wait to sit down and go through it all and give proper thanks to everyone. This has been better than my shower with my DD! The only thing is I wish we could all sit down together and have some cake and punch like we did at DD's shower!!!

And I did get some diapers addressed to Dawn Poopsherself today too! Funny!
