I'm sorry to turn this back into a Shutterfly thread, but I am going crazy.
I need some help. PLEEEEEASE!!

I just spent three days going through 8,000+ pictures and choosing the best ones to make a photo book for my mother of her grandchildren. I chose them, loaded them, spent MANY MANY hours cropping and adding borders. Now I am all excited that I just need to load them to the book and arrange them. YES!!!! Well, it doesn't appear to be that way unless someone can tell me what I did wrong. NONE of my pictures are cropped or have borders! Frown

So did you use an offline program to do all that and then upload it to SF? Or did you do it online at SF and maybe forget to hit the save button. If it is the latter, I feel for you. If it is the former... I haven't used their offline program in such a long time, so I really can't tell you.

At least you have the same photos in the book... so your work is 50% done... the cropping isn't that hard, and the borders... well, that sucks. But save often and then look to see that it is registering.

I feel like a complete dummy. I don't see save anywhere.
I loaded the pictures to SF and used their cropping and borders (which are truly lacking).
I opened the album I have them in. The borders are still there.
How do I get them to transfer to the book with the borders?

S.O.L. I think what you did was edited and added borders prints...the borders will not transfer into the books or other items. The options are not probably what you are looking for for the books.

REALLY?!?!?! Well, that seems a little crazy that they wouldn't want the books to look better. They are pretty plain the way they have them, but oh well.....

I have never done that. YOu could try talking to the live chat but they aren't always the most helpful. Sorry I can't help more.

The movie is nearly over and I predicted the plot as I often do. I'm not sure if it was worse than I love you man, but it certainly wasn't better.

I'm at the part of the movie where a heckler would yell out, "JUST KISS ALREADY!"

Well, I think I am heading to bed. DH comes home in a couple of hours and back to somewhat normal life. Need to prepare for the reception but I think that is fairly under control. Looked at the place today so now we can picture it in our heads better. I just hope people show up to celebrate with them.
