question for those of you who work late--do you drop right in bed when you get home or do you unwind? DH has his undies in a bunch because I was coming to bed at 1:00. Seems to think I might be having a thing with the gay guy that takes over after my shift. He is gay and there is NOTHING attractive about him. Nice guy yes. He reminds me of my dad but attractive Also, doesn't think I need to be on the computer when I get home.

Ariel, Sorry you need that extra iron. Sometimes during my bloodwork my iron is low and I have to take extra and I do it until the next blood work and then I stop because I hate it! Then I get yelled at and take it again and the cycle continues. I can't believe Lily is going to be here so soon! Time just fly's!

Rach, I know you are looking for input as far as fb. Like the rest of you guys I have been crabby/cranky/sad/weepy. The 6th was a year since the thing with John. We still have court hanging over our heads. My sister is on a waiting list for her umteenth rehab stay which is just a reminder that addicts are never cured :( So I'm trying not to talk to much because when I feel like this it doesn't take much for me to loose control of my tongue! So far though, I agree with what you guys have suggested as far as rules go.

Yeah, I have been doing iron pills 2x/day since about 3 months, before that I was doing the iron pill 1x/day. That is all on top of the prenatal vits that have iron in them. :( I am always anemic, so my iron level is always super low when I am preggo. The only time I take iron pills is when I am preggo. Though they did say that I will need to continue all the pills while I BF too....

That was very sweet of that girl to do that for someone who isn't even close to her. It always amazes me the kindness of strangers (and the oblivion of family)

Thinking of all of you and sending up prayers for the strength to get through. I had to visit the principal's office. I couldn't believe how nervous I was!:lol: No one was in trouble, I just went in to advocate for ds(wanting him in higher level classes). I hate confrontation and find advocating for my kids to be one of the biggest challenges of being a parent--one of the most important as well though! :nod: I think it went well...

When prego with Katie toward the end I had to take iron shots. I had to have one every week. I think it was about $100 or less each time. You might check that too.
I was without a kitchen for 1 1/2 years once. Dishes in the tub and cooked via crockpot, microwave, and electric frying pan. It was a long time.
Thanks! It was short notice to try to do things. The guy is my DXH, PHilip's dad. Their neighbor made the cake. I never hear anything that her parents recognized the day. She did have some of the relatives from her dad's side there. That made me feel good.

I think the girls are really coming along. They are older than last year, and they throw, catch, and hit well for what I would expect. About 4 of them really need to work on their batting stance and 2 of those can be spectacular... well maybe one of those. But I see potential. The problem I am going to have is that we are eventually going to have to start pitching from 30 feet away, and I don't see that going well. I think after this next practice, I am going to start the transition to 20 feet, and then 25 feet, and then 30.

I hate confrontation too. Dd has parent.teacher conferences this week and I'm nervous having to talk to the teacher. You'd think this wouldn't bother me since half my family are teachers.
