The Voice Sweepstakes Presented by XFINITY begins on April 26, 2011 at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 25, 2011 at 11:59:59 PM ET.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least 18) as of date of entry.

Limit: One (1) entry per person and per email address throughout the Promotion Period.
Potential winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. All non-winning entries will carry forward and be included in subsequent drawings.
DAILY PRIZE DRAWINGS: There will be a total of thirty (30) individual random daily drawings to award the Daily Prizes (total of one hundred and fifty (150) daily prize winners/ five (5) winners will be selected per day). For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, each day will begin at 12:00:00 AM ET and end at 11:59:59 PM ET each day throughout the Sweepstakes Period, except for the first day which will begin at 12:00:00 PM ET. Drawings will be conducted each day from among all eligible entries received in the previous day, as well as all previous eligible non winning entries.
WEEKLY PRIZE DRAWINGS: There will be a total of four (4) individual random weekly drawings to award the Weekly Prizes (total of four (4) weekly prize winners/ one (1) winner will be selected per week). For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, the Weekly drawings will be based on the following schedule (all previous eligible non winning entries will be included in each weekly drawing):

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: The potential grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 5/26/11 from among all eligible entries received for the duration of the entire Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZES: Only the prizes listed below will be awarded in this Sweepstakes:
Daily Prize: One hundred and fifty (150) winners (five (5) winners per day) will each receive one (1) $10 iTunes Gift Card.
Weekly Prize: Four (4) winners (one (1) winner per week – see schedule in chart above) will each receive one (1) framed The Voice poster signed by all 4 coaches (Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine, and Blake Shelton). ARV: eighty dollars ($80) each.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA to attend The Voice finale scheduled to take place on Wednesday, June 29, 2011. The trip consists of:
• round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's home to a major U.S. gateway airport in or near Los Angeles, CA;
• hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room/double occupancy) for three (3) days/ two (2) nights (Tuesday, June 28, 2011 – Thursday, June 30, 2011) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (Hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
• two (2) tickets to attend Finale as an audience member;
• transportation to Hotel from the Los Angeles, CA airport for Grand Prize Winner and Guest upon arrival, and from Hotel to the Los Angeles, CA airport upon departure; and transportation to/from Finale.
Total ARV of the Grand Prize is three thousand dollars ($3,000). Actual value may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
Grand Prize Restrictions: Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to Grand Prize Winner. If Grand Prize Winner resides within a one hundred (100)-mile radius of Los Angeles, CA, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for transportation to and from the airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's home. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as of date of trip departure. Guest must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Certain travel restrictions may apply. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, additional ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, souvenirs, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Flight details are subject to space availability and airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the Grand Prize Winner's and Guest's responsibility. Released Parties are not responsible for lost or mutilated travel documents or tickets and none will be replaced. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. If Sponsor is unable to provide any prize element for any reason, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of Grand Prize will be awarded. Time and date of Finale are subject to change and/or cancellation. Tickets to Finale are subject to certain terms and conditions. The location of seats at Finale will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must agree to comply with all regulations in connection with the Grand Prize. All travel will be at the risk of the Grand Prize Winner and Guest. Released Parties shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other changes by any company or person providing any element of Grand Prize due to reasons beyond Released Parties control, and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Travel may not be combined with any other offer and may not qualify for frequent flier miles or hotel points.
All winners are responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being provided. Grand Prize Winner will receive an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 for the ARV of the Grand Prize for the tax year in which Grand Prize was awarded. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. All prizes awarded are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Total ARV of all prizes: four thousand eight hundred and twenty dollars ($4,820).
Limit: One (1) prize per person and per household. No transfers, cash awards, or prize substitutions are permitted, except by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, overnight delivery, and/or mail, whichever is deemed appropriate by the Administrator, using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Potential Daily and Weekly Prize winners will be required to respond to the winning notification with their complete shipping address within seven (7) days of date of issuance of notification. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of date of issuance of notification. In addition, the Grand Prize Winner's Guest will be required to execute a release of liability form prior to departure.
