'Sup, humans. Big Rascal here again. First off, I gotta give a big ol' lick of thanks for everyone who liked us on Facebook! The Pack is all sorts of excited, and we can't wait to share all sorts of adventures and other treats with you.
Today, I'm gonna let you in on some secrets we dogs have kept close to our fur over the years. Some might surprise you. Some might be downright shocking—like when you lick an electric fence. I know. I've tried.

Anyhoo, here's a heapin' scoop of doggy insights.
• We aren't actually color blind.
• Some of us can run up to 45 miles per hour!
• Our tails double as antenna to pick up signals from outer space.
• Our noseprints are like your human fingerprints. No two alike.
• When God created the world in six days, he spent a whole day making dogs, just because we were so much fun!
Okay, so maybe I made a few of those up. Can you tell which ones are crunchy facts and which ones are slobbery fibs? While you're thinking that over, want in on another, sure-for-shootin' secret? Lessee, late May, S FL. It should be high 90s with high 90s % humidity by then...

It's only 87 here in NW FL. Then again the humidity is through the roof. Still have the doors/windows open, though.

We were "talking" on here the other day about our Mountain Dew locker wins, and I was saying that I won the pillow and didn't know how comfortable it would be sitting for any length of time on mountain dew. Well, it's not going to be a problem. I got my "prize" today and it's a mini basketball and mini hoop. Trust me -- sitting on those is not going to happen.:

I could have used the pillow but this basketball thing is worthless to me. I'm hoping my sister will be able to think of someone who would want it.

On the other hand, I did get the Taster Choice sample pack as well as the Orville Redenbacher's pop up bowl, so the day ended up pretty good after all.
