Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

The video's really doesn't do alot of justice for it.I go to a friend's house that live's right there in the midst of it all.I can see some from my house but too many tree's in the way.The best one's are the one's that come off the bridge like a waterfall.It is an all day event starting with an airshow.Those scare me.

The link works fine if you haven't already entered the contest, which I have, and Gary apparently has as well. The "again" part refers to a previous contest they ran back in March I think. The current one ends sometime in May, and is the one you got the chocolate house for entering.

I think that would be awesome to experience 20 hrs of daylight,but that would suck to try to see firework's.
I agree with you about the zero degrees, HOWEVER, it's better than the subzero that we often have in February!EEK!. It's a trade-off for the long days of summer I guess. But we sure get big yummy veggies and gorgeous flowers Smilie.

Hey all - I see many of you have had a really bad weather night. Hope everyone is ok. We had gusts up to 60 mph here but, other than losing power for 3 or 4 hours, nothing worse for us. And......the bike came and the wind didn't blow it away. It's all put together and pretty awesome. Love that they sent an extra derailer. It's way too big for me (shortie sort of describes it all) but mom can use it as an exercise bike on her trainer thing. (Mom can't ride a bike - she forgot how to - lol, poor mom).

I plant in containers any way so I can just drag them onto the patio out of the rain if I have to
