I was reading some GOT forums, and it sounds like the book-reader fans knew what was coming, so they recorded the reactions from the show-only fans that they watched it with. Smilie

Though, reading through Twitter, I can't believe people can be this upset. I was wondering how much of the twitter stuff is fake, so it's likely some of the youtube stuff is, too.
There was someone on the GoT FB page that was threatening to cancel her HBO subscription. I guess she doesn't realize this was following a book series.

I heard in the book they cut the wolfs head off and sewed it on Robb's body.

I ordered the first book on my tablet yesterday. I can't wait to find out all the secrets. Crazylaugh (Although it's a bit intimidating to think about reading since there's supposed to be over 1000 characters total. Bigeye)

When Melisandre (Red witch) took Edric's blood in the leeches and cast them into the fire reciting the name of who she thinks are the three "false" kings. Balon Greyjoy, Robb Stark, and Joffrey Baratheon. We know what happened to Robb. Joffrey may be the next to go. It's my theory that Stannis will battle Daenerys Targaryen in the end. As previously stated, I haven't read the books. Yet! Just doing some guessing.

Fyi,
For those who want "spoilers" for the series, you can always go on Wiki to read pretty detailed (but fairly short) summaries of each book.

By the way, I think it's so ridiculous and stupid how some ppl are reacting this way. Hello?!?!? It's in the book(s). And, the producers of the show certainly aren't going to keep Robb alive to keep any viewers happy. That would require major tinkering with the script and original story!

Iagree It's funny how they are blaming HBO and producers and such, saying that they ruined the story Nono2 GRRM did this a long time ago.

And there would be a ton of us angry if they didn't kill off these people in the show like they did in the books. Heck, I get frustrated with the minor changes they've made already laugh out loud At least when they change a name like Talysa, I can try to just accept that it's a completely different person from Jeyne. And thus, it's a bit easier to accept any major changes for that character.

But Yara... what an awful name! Asha was much better. Yara just sounds awful. vomit

You can't go by the number of episodes someone is in for how long they stay alive on the show laugh out loud Heck, like we saw with the recent event, you can be in quite a few episodes and get killed off. And for some other things, you can be in just a few, and get killed off. Dontknow

Ugh... that makes me even more glad I don't watch the show. What made me stop watching was the amount of incomprehensible changes. I mean.. I get that you have to change some things to adapt from book to television... but they changed stuff that didn't need to be changed. And for no apparent reason either.

Yeah, it's irritating. Season two really frustrated me (it was also right after I had read that book). Forunately with season three, I tried to just accept it wasn't canon with the books, so I've been able to deal with the changes a bit better.

I had heard that they changed Asha to Yara to avoid confusion with Osha Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

laugh out loud I don't mind. It didn't really seem relevant. I don't think it would spoil anything. It's just the list of actors and who they play as. Dontknow
