Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

I thought you should never give uncooked rice to birds. It can swell & cause injury to their internal organs. Cooked rice is apparently okay.

Often on weekends I don't wash my hair, just refluff with water and hairspray to go to grocery, etc. This might be the better way to go - specially with a freebee! The last time I used a dry shampoo was in the 70's - and that stuff was stinky (literally!)bounce

Oh yes I so want to try this..I can't wash my hair everyday because it is normally dry..This might just be what I have been looking forSmilie

It depends on what you consider "stinky" - smells like Pina Colada, or something tropical. Very nice smell to me.

I try not to use mix anymore, I just save the juice from canned pineapples, and buy coconut milk/cream (I rarely drink coladas, so the pre-mixed often goes bad before even opening it the first time). I also put the pineapple juice in Sprite - just a few ounces flavors a 2L Sprite nicely. And we have LOTS of canned pineapple I need to use up before I get to the really good Dole plastic jars from the Dole game.
