Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on 05/03/2011 and continues until 11:59:59 p.m. PT on 06/03/2011.
Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military installations in foreign countries, all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants must be have reached the age of majority in their states of residence at time of entry, and possess a valid form of government or state-issued photo ID.
Online Entries: Follow directions for completing and submitting the entry form located on the online sweepstakes site located at http://www.gamesradar.
Limit one (1) entry per person or household.
One (1) Grand Prize Package will be awarded. Grand prize winner will receive:
• two (2) tickets to Global RallyCross Last Chance event;
• round-trip coach-class airfare for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near winner's residence to Colorado Springs for the Global RallyCross Last Chance event;
• three (3) nights hotel accommodation (double occupancy in one (1) room in a hotel of Sponsor's choice); and
• ground transportation (arranged or paid for by Sponsor) from and back to the airport
(ARV $2000). The approximate retail value is based on sample airfares and hotel and ground transportation rates as of April 2011 (actual value may vary based on point of departure and/or fare fluctuations, and any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded). Meals, telephone calls, travel documents, taxes, gratuities, and all other personal expenses not specified herein are the responsibility solely of winner and his/her guest. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Airline ticketing much occur at least ten (10) days prior to the date of departure and is subject to availability and/or airline-imposed restrictions. Winner must comply with all airline and hotel requirements, including (but not limited to) presentation of a major credit card. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, e.g. government-issued identification. If Winner's guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Global RallyCross Last Chance and/or Pikes Peak International Raceway may have additional requirements and/or restrictions. Even if Global RallyCross Last Chance event is cancelled or rescheduled in whole or in part by anyone for any reason, the winner forfeits the Global RallyCross Last chance event tickets, and the remaining components of the prize shall fully satisfy Sponsors' prize obligation to winer, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded.
Prizes cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash, but Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. Prizes will not be fulfilled outside the United States and District of Columbia, and will not be fulfilled in Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military installations in foreign countries, or in any other U.S. territories or possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law. Winner will be responsible for all taxes (federal, state, and local) and all expenses not listed herein related to acceptance and use of any prize. Any person winning over $600 worth of prizes from Sponsors will receive an IRS form 1099 after the end of the calendar year in which the prizes were awarded, and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. Prize will be awarded if properly claimed. Limit one prize per person/household. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all valid eligible entries received. Drawing will be held on or about 06/10/2011. Potential winner will be notified by phone, U.S. mail and/or email (if potential winner has one) within one week following the drawing. Potential winner must complete, execute and return the provided Affidavit, Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement including, where lawful, a Publicity Release (plus any additional documents required at the discretion of Sponsors) within ten (10) days of attempted notification. If the potential winner fails to comply with the requirements of this paragraph, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these official rules, such prize will be forfeited, in which case prize will be awarded to an alternate winner by random drawing.
