My ISP was swapping DNS servers last night, and it looks like they broke it. I replied to them to get a call in to get it fixed, they know about it and are working on it.

You may have received an email telling you that your cell phone is about to be assaulted by telemarketing calls as a result of a new cell phone number database; however, that is not the case. FCC regulations prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers. Automated dialers are standard in the industry, so most telemarketers don't call consumers on their cell phones without their consent.

Hmmmmmmm. I wonder if we could petition the phone company to change her number to that. I'm certain that if we explained the whole situation to them, they'd be amenable. Yes, I'll start writing it up immediately. I just hope the change can go into effect before I start getting calls. I'm assuming that most people here would be more than willing to sign it. bounce
