I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.
So, I hope it catches on !

Fuji's Customer Service:
Upon inspection of my wifes Nevada 2.0 (Thank's Marlboro for the Upgrade and Bike)
right out of a sealed carton/box, I noticed the bike is missing part, I called Fuji
customer service on the back of the owners manual, the Customer Service Rep was
very RUDE talking over me very loud, Telling me after I final got him to give a chance to
speak, and pointed out it was a shimano part, and off again over talking me, and stating to call Shimano becaus its their part and warranty, I tried to point out FUJI is the Manufacturer and should insure the bike is complete with who evers parts they are using, He insisted its Shimanos issue not Fuji's then started threating me with the old if your assembly and not a authorized Fuji dealer you lose your 1 year warranty, the whole time talking over me. I hung up on this fool! if this is the wat FUJI's policy for customer service is, I will go out and buy the replacement parts myself, the bike was Free!
and to note a great bike, but customer service what happens when its a real issue and
not a quailty control from the manufacture missing part issue.
Just letting you know! I am still a customer even if Marlboro bought the Bike!
