I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

Eh, not that it matters, I knew there was NO way I would win the top prize, I'm just in it for the daily and the $2500 random draws (a $2500 Shell card would be sooooo useful).
However, it seems to default to that Most Votes view. If so, that's a really BAD way to do it. People generally don't slog through every page of entries, they vote on the first page. So if it always shows the top votes first, they'll just stay on top, and no one else will ever have a chance. The proper default for a fair contest is Random, and then let voters change the view if they want.

Grrr! This is getting annoying! My netbook will arbitrarily lose the internet connection when I turn a page then I'll have to use the nw repair tool. There are three other laptops in the house but this is the only one it happens on. Anyone have any ideas?
