The 4 student designers are (in order according to video):
Jon Rosario - Applique tank ("mixing sheer fabrics with opaque ones")
Alyse Guercia - Embellished ruffle tunic ("make woman feeling edgy and sophisticated and empowered when she wears this top")
Jenna Goldberg - Buckle wrap skirt ("oversized pockets... adds a great function")
Jenny McClain - Embellished feather tank ("feathers, it's going to be huge... use it along the shoulder detail")
1) Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or age of majority if greater than 18 in their state of residence at time of entry (the "Entrant") and who are registered users ("Registered Users") of the YouTube website located at http://www.youtube.com (including all mirror, derivative sites and/or local domain versions thereof, as applicable) (collectively, the "YouTube Site").
2) How to Enter: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M., Eastern Time (ET) on May 27, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on June 15, 2011 (the "Entry Period").
To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Entry Period, visit the jcpenney Official Channel on YouTube at www.youtube.com/jcpenney (the "Sweepstakes Site") and view the "Bisou Bisou Runway Your Way Design Challenge" video ("Sweepstakes Video") in the Moderator Platform. The Sweepstakes Video highlights four (4) students from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising ("FIDM") who have created a design for the jcpenney Bisou Bisou fashion line. Once you have viewed the Sweepstakes Video, vote for the one (1) student that you feel portrays the best design by stating "I vote for (insert the students name)" or stating the students name in the "What is your suggestion?" box to the left of the video. Completing these steps will allow for one (1) Sweepstakes entry (an "Eligible Entry"). Only votes submitted in association with the Sweepstakes Video will be considered. If votes are posted to other videos on the Sweepstakes Site they will not be considered as an Eligible Entry. You must be logged into your YouTube account in order to cast a vote.
Limit of one entry per person/YouTube account per Entry Period.
4) Prizes: One (1) Voter Prize: The Voter Prize Winner will receive a prize consisting of the following: (i) a trip (the "Trip") for the Voter Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the "Guest") to Los Angeles, California to go on a shopping trip at a jcpenney store, have lunch with Michele Bohbot and a "Head-to-Toe" Makeover ("Makeover") at FIDM for the winner only and (ii) one (1) $500 JCPenney gift card (a "Gift Card") for the winner only. Trip elements include: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for the Voter Prize Winner and the Guest between a major metropolitan airport near the Grand Prize Winner's residence and Los Angeles, California; (ii) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one standard room/double occupancy, including room tax); and (iii) transportation to and from the airport, hotel, jcpenney store, and FIDM. ARV of the Voter Prize: $6,700. Total ARV of all Prizes: $8,700
