I didn't check in here yesterday? Well where in the world was I?? Oh yes, out shopping with my dd + niece and nephew in tow....then we went to Barney live last night Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) DD had fun. laugh out loud Wouldn't have gone if we hadn't been invited by someone that one free tickets but seeing her face was priceless.

I went in to edit my post and then I didn't have a clue how to do that strikethrough thing....then completely messed it up so figured typing 'delete' was a much easier way to let the world know that the shoes had been claimed Coverlaugh

That is the best story yet! You ended up going through 3 days of torture, just to avoid pooping.. Bet after the section, you wish you would have just pooped?

And, I still can't help but refer to your name everytime I see you post.. you are "too many crest white strips"
Hindsight being 20/20, I would gladly have pooped anywhere/everywhere rather than have a C-section! Although considering the fact that she was 9lb 9oz, maybe it was less painful in the long run? Teehee

You guys have ME thinking of CWS everytime I post! I blame the kids...that part of my user ID is their initials!

Yeah, J and I were talking about that the other day. We still use this [amazon.com] to conserve water and keep the little Spider monkey warm and contained. He is majorly outgrowing it. That inflatable duck would last 1 bath in our house. Dr. Destructo would have it popped in no time flat. Not sure what else we can do besides fill the tub up. :dont know:

I've been getting extra crib sheets since JJ will be in a toddler bed and the baby will be in the crib. Toddler bed uses crib size sheets. I've took a break from ordering yesterday. Faint

I started ordering dipes in Sept when the codes stacked...when they stopped, I stopped. Now it's back on and I am defs set on dipes. Now I'm on to Sippy cups, new bowls, new plates, utensils, bibs, bath toys, puzzles, etc. There are 2 bigger items that I used Amazon GCs to cover the balance.

Infant to toddler swing [amazon.com]
Regalo hook on high chair [amazon.com] I had one for Mini Thrift and heart it, but it is long gone. Would use it when visiting family and friends or going out to eat.

Of course there was my very first order (thanks to M2C) the Ducky Potty [amazon.com] for JJ.

I'm still stalking the carseat. Evil

I heart Amazon more than ice cream and heart T for Amazon Kindle GCs. Whee
We have the exact whale tub for lilB! laugh out loud he is kinda scared of the big tub and wants his whale but he is so big now he doesn't really fit in it, he moves and it tips. I will let you know on the duck tub, I was thinking it would get popped soon too, but seeing as how there are codes and kindle GCs the price was right. Wink
That is a cool travel seat I was looking at them and trying to decide but I hadn't seen that one, it is less expensive than this one:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/...PDKIKX0DER
I was thinking we could use this travel seat everywhere and in the boat this summer too. It is more bulky than the one you posted Scratchchin

I got lilB the froggy potty hopefully he will not take it apart and throw it all over and yell at it like he does the one we have now. The one we have now breaks down to three pieces and he HATES it. I also got the turtle potty seat that goes on a regular potty, so hopefully one of those will eventually work for him. In the meantime, we need dipes.

Puzzles and sheets, off to search some more. I may need to order more sippy cups, I didn't realize they just pick your color, I chose blue and green because I though that is what I would get. Maybe they will come today.

I wish I had known of this deal last Sept!! Now codes are very hard to find around here and the locals are running around taking them all before I can get any of the yj. Still searching, trading, begging for yj.

Not much on today's agenda. Other than the perm, I need to vacuum and dust and figure out what's for supper. Whoopee.
Ugh, on the snow, supposed to snow more here too.
Good luck on the perm, hope it turns out wonderful. I am scared of them and my hair is WAY to long, it is to the bottom of my ribs now.

Bathing babies -- when I was pregnant with my first one we happened to be redoing our kitchen. We put in an extra deep single basin kitchen sink with a hand held sprayer. Wonderful for baby bathing and even a 3 year old will fit in it. For a tiny one you can stick the hospital wash basin in there. Much easier on the back than leaning over a tub. And chances are, there is some counter space right there to plop them on, dry them off and diaper them up.

Yep, mine all went to bathing in the sink after they outgrew the infant bath thing.. I would put a towel or something in the bottom to keep them from slipping.. I would sit them in the tub and bathe them and then lay them on the counter to get them dressed..

I didn't move them to the big tub until I absolutely had to cause you are right, it kills the back!

I got this bath - the Euro Prima Bath from amazon for my kids. [amazon.com] . My kids are almost 2 and still fit into it very nicely. They have room to lay down/recline and there's enough legroom. I think its the biggest baby tub they make. Its strong and solid, using it over a year. When the twins were little like in the summer I would sometiems put both kids in it. It wasn't easy but they were able to play together. Its a great tub!

I like the size and that it is hard sided...just not sure that I like the molded seat inserts. Are they removable or molded into the tub like I think?

They're molded. The picture makes it look alot more molded. Basically one side has a nice recline, that's the infant side. The other side has molds so the kid can sit and play or whatever. Its very easy if the kid is sitting to just squeeze them around and flip sides. I like the recline sides for when I wash their hair. I turn on the bath faucet, and with a cojntainer I send all the water over their heads/hair while they nicely recline. There's really lots of room in it. They're not big kids.. they're around 24lb now, But I ccould STILL squeeze both in (although hard to bathe). Its one hard plastic thing! No parts that can come off, mold, etc. Its very very durable. I use scrubbinb bubbles on it occasionally to clean.

I lost all my mqs about the birthing poop but I have had 5 vag deliveries and 0 poops so dont be scuurd.
But i did have a friend who was delivering a baby for adoption as a single young girl and refused to let me in the room with her because she was afraid I would see her poop - not worried about being all splayed out taco buffet style but poop, really?
