I agree! The only thing worse are the carts at the 2 story Targets. They are smaller AND have no under basket because of the cart escalator. Frown

J made a T run for me today (I sat home and watched documentaries with the girls all day long laugh out loud). He did great! I am soo thankful to have a dh that will do T runs for me! Tomorrow we are going to the movies (just us, trying to get some alone time in before the baby comes) and its right next to another T. I already reminded him of this and he just shook his head and smiled! laugh out loud

I see it now. Some stores have the carts that wheels lock if u leave their lot.

STFC run. I'm hauling ass from the front door. Flying 90 miles an hour. Dodging red balls and cars taking only a minute to look back and make sure AP isn't following on his moped. I see the exit. Sharp right, slight air as I hurdle the speed bump in my overflowing red cart. Cesar and whiskas trays flying here and there. Contemplate picking them up but realize I still have 4,000 at home. Get to the end of the exit and BAM. Wheels on the cart lock. Toothpaste, tide, and biore fly across the street. My cart skids sideways throwing me into a sign. Cars slam on their breaks but don't attempt to help wondering if I'm legally insane. I scurry to pick up the basket and rush to save my prizes. Look up at the sign I hit and see:

WARNING: carts taken beyond this perimeter will lock wheels.


Fuk

I grab my purse and money and call for a cab.

Today I was in the relative vicinity of a Burlington Coat Factory, so I stopped in to look for the baby magazines but didn't see any around anywhere. The CS desk looked more like a checkout lane and didn't see any magazine racks or even anywhere for them to be set out.
Where are you all finding the mags at BCF?

They are at the baby depot part. At the store I have been to, where to baby clothes are at the back, there is a desk for the baby registry and the mags are sitting out. My store had 2 different months of mags out.

Thank you both - I didn't walk to the back of the baby dept because the store was super busy (well, probably just normally busy, but I'm not used to shopping in the 'big city' anymore lol) I did look down each of the baby aisles and I didn't see any sort of desk or registry kiosk.
Maybe I'll ask my sister to stop and look for me - she lives closer.

morning all meanies!

they only had size 2 and size 10 in the 4.98 black jeans and i totally want black jeans Sadwalk

the aveeno sunblock wasn't included in the gc deal and i need sunblock but i ended up w/ 3 cheap tubes of moisturizer instead Sadwalk

my p-fresh store definitely reads beeping coupons now so my aveeno wasn't free Sadwalk

the merona l/s tees were finally 2.50 and so comfy but cut funny so i didn't buy Sadwalk

i've had 1 egg in the fridge for 2 wks Sadwalk

they were totally out of the sale eggs at the supermarket last nite Sadwalk

they were totally out of eggs at the 2nd target i stopped at on the way home just to get eggs Sadwalk

the computer wouldn't give me a raincheck for eggs last nite Sadwalk

i didn't get the .75 landolakes egg q so i could get 1.00 eggs at the supermarket this wk Sadwalk
