I agree with the government often downplaying things. On the other side, the media upplays things. So figuring out what is really going on can be hard (especially with all the aluminum on your head).

Hair is done, and I think I love it. It got lighter in the front than she anticipated (something about my hair being more porous in the front?) Dontknow but it's cute. Can't wait till the 16 year old gets home to critique it.

On the meltdown front, never thought I'd say I'm glad to be in Wisconsin. Although I may wear an aluminum foil hat just to fit in with everyone else! Prayers and positive thoughts for everyone...hopefully it's not as bad as they are speculating.

Had a semi bad run at T this am, with a normally great Jedi! He was not ok with my swiffer or candy Q's, but let me use my huggies and steamfresh just fine?! Dontknow I ended up doing returns right away, which I never do, and that helped, but it still sucked! Sadwalk I have 11 more huggies q's and 8 more swiffers. I had planned to go tomorrow, but its not worth the stress for me. I will see if J will do a run for me this weekend, otherwise, I am done for a while! nod

That sucks! I have been having some of those days. I get excited by the deals. I plan to go several days to several stores - and then the first store wipes me out with BS - and I can't tolerate shopping anymore. I come home and crawl into my cave...

My caped crusader came, broke my computer and left. Frown Some tab where a screw goes broke and something on the fan. He is driving back tonight, will get more parts and head back up in the morning. Said this time he probably would be here by noon. Since is occasionally freezing up I also had the option of sending it -- in pieces-- right to Dell. I opted for NO. He can fix it and he will take a look see if he finds any reason for the freezing. It's possible that the fan has been malfunctioning and it's getting too hot. I'll see what it does after he is done, if it does it anymore, it goes.
