Thought I'd pop in and say hi! I miss shopping but just haven't found the time to do anything for the longest. I have dust balls turned tumbleweeds all over the house and I swear I'm gonna vacuum before 2012 but I just don't want to do it. Not to mention the knee high
grassweeds in my yard that I may or may not cut this summer.DS moved into a group home last month. It was time. He is loving it because he is with young men just like him and they stay so busy going here and there. I am loving that he is loving it, but I miss him terribly and it's been so incredibly hard to let go. Quite possibly the worst feeling in the world. I've been going up on Sundays, 6 hours of driving with about 4 hours of visiting.
DD is still in the process of getting medically checked out. Her dx went from cancer to fibrous dysplasia to McCune Albright. Something she obviously has had since birth, but was in a milder form so we didn't know. She's seeing the endo doc and bone doc and has been diagnosed with Graves Disease (goes with the MA) and something with her liver. She will have to get her adrenal system checked next and is waiting until her health insurance kicks in this month for all the scans and tests they have lined up for her. Darn medical care is crazy expensive. She's working part time and getting ready to go back to school part time, so I've been helping with Ellie as much as possible. I had her for the night Friday and into Saturday......
Ellie is a joy in every way possible. Forgot how time consuming babies are though
So...no shopping for me.
I keep looking at my toilet paper supply and wondering when I'll have to start paying for it or if I will allow myself to pay for it. I'm definitely spoiled now to the nicer brands, so no going back to sandpaper here....no worrys for at least a year I would guess though

Went to another auction all day today. Bought two more clocks and some other stuff. Came home and proceeded to do researching of the clocks and other stuff.
Finished up the computer stuff I started this morning. Read this thread to catch up. Apparently I have to go to FB in the morning. Did they actually link to this thread?

Somehow, she thought it made sense to explain that though the cash register didn't recognize the coupon - and she price adjusted the product - that the cash register would now KNOW that she had price adjusted the product in the previous transaction and IT wouldn't let her do it again....

I watched a little bit of Sister Wives last night. Ewww. I don't like Wife #4, the new one. There's just something about her -- seems like a trouble maker maybe. One of those, "Oh, I'm so innocent" trouble makers. If you're gonna be a trouble maker, be like my buddy, the the Bunnies. Just let it out there and tell everybody you are a trouble maker!
I figured while I was out and about today, I would pick up one of each of the flat rate boxes and envelopes. And if I spot any nice boxes in good sizes while I am at the recycle bins, I will grab them. That way, prior to listing an item I can take it to the post office, have it weighed and get exact postage + insurance. I don't have a scale, not gonna buy one and my post office is really small and never busy.
Now, I have to go to FB once again to see what you all have been up to. I don't know who is who over there -- but I can just about guess which ones are from here. Oh, last night I didn't see some of the comments you were talking about -- like the one about these people here and the patio coupon. Had that been deleted or am I doing something wrong? I don't use FB. Only reason I have an account is to occasionally print a coupon.

Ohhh, you never should have offered that. I am pretty sure I am going to bombard you with questions later. I've got a few other things around here that I have always wanted to try to eBay and never have. Got a couple more things at the auction yesterday and I'm gonna do it. Soon. Not today, but soon.

My girls are watching Felicity - its a little scary in parts for a 4yo and 2yo, but since my 4yo has the doll, she wanted to watch it. She's sitting on the couch, holding her doll, eyes wide, watching it.
