Hi... Mavis seems to be better tonight - cranky as all get out, but better. Her fever is very very low and more like what you'd get with teething (which she is also doing, the lil boogie...) She has a splint on still. We'll be to the orthodontist for my oldest tomorrow morning and then the orthopedic doc for my Houdini tomorrow after that - and maybe some Target... maybe. :shrug:

Just wanted to pop in and say hello. Going to hang with my sick DH for a bit.

Been such a crazy week here. DH is recovering from Friday's wisdom teeth surgery. He is better today, which is good cause he was a tad whiny yesterday and I was ready for him to go to bed last night laugh out loud
My DH is our praise and worship pastor at church and he hasn't been able to sing the last 2 services, so my oldest DD filled in for him last minute. I was so very proud of her. She got up and lead worship both times and seemed so comfortable with it. I think she did amazing, but then again, I am prejudice! She has been playing guitar for about 2-3 years now.. no lessons, just taught herself. She just finds a song she likes and can figure out what they chords are by ear.. She will be a senior next year and plans on studying music in college..

Gonna link one of her videos.. Not the best quality.. She used a cheapie video camera and recorded this for a friend.. Link [youtube.com] for anyone interested.


Didn't make it to Target all weekend.. Made a quick run to CVS to get papers and did one transaction.. Then went by kroger to get DH some ice cream.. grabbed a few things and didn't use one coupon EEK!

Ank, you day is a bit jam packed tomorrow. If you don't make it to T, no sweat, b/c the first rule of TCC is...wait...the second rule of TCC Teehee is Mondays are a sucky day to shop.

MT2, hug your babes will be so excited when daddy gets home that I'm sure you'll be able to get out of the house and do something all by yourself just for yourself!

I stopped at T and broke down and got that Baby Trend tandem stroller that converts to a sit n stand and only used my 10% registry coupon. Kinda hurts to shop without tou-pons! I felt a little nekkid!!! I did use a nice stash of GCs to pay for it. I needed to get it today as I have to take Noah and JJ to Noah's 1 week appt on Tues...All. By. Myself. Containing JJ is not an easy feat! I shouldn't have lifted that damn box into the cart and then my car as I now have some abdominal pain and heavier bleeding.

Does somebody usually make a list of all the new Target coupons each week? I have looked, but can't find it? I have also looked for new TQ for this week and am not finding any but I am very good at simply over looking them. (Yep, I sort by newest first)

We opened the pool yesterday. Pumped some water off the winter cover, scooped some leaves off and removed the cover then started filling. (It's a permanent pool, you don't drain it in the winter but you do lower the water level some). Hose is running again this morning to finish it up. Now, who wants to pay this month's water bill???

I'm am thinking of chlorinating strictly with liquid chlorine -- that would be bleach -- this year. If you happen to be in the laundry aisle of Wal-Mart or Target will you check a couple prices for me, please. I would like to know the price of the cheapest 6% bleach and the size. I'll probably grab some at Dollar General to get me started this year, but if it's cheaper at T or WM then next time I am in the area I will buy 20 - 30 jugs.

Regarding the Tide deal -- I take it the $3 coupons came in a product, not an insert? As in, I can forget it and not think I should go to Target for Tide and bleach?
