What is everyone doing for easter baskets this year for the kiddos? Need ideas desperately as we are so far behind... haven't bought anything yet lol

HAHA!! Yeah.. he needed a sister lol His name is Sammi...now I need to figure out a good name for her... lol My dh told me to name her Snooki LMFAO I think I have lost my mind but I think it will be interesting Smilie

I do wanna come out and play more... summer is around the corner... THANK GOD!! and I finally have one summer off... then back to school for the Fall then to figure what to do cause I would be graduated with my masters then... hmmm decisions. lol

OMG I would soooooooooooo spazz about the fever deal with your dd.. that would scare the beejeepers out of me.. so sorry mama!! HUGS!!

YAY!! you deserve a long weekend w/o kids or dh to shop til you drop!!
I just got M&M's tonight for the Easter Baskets and that is all I have so far. I need ideas too. I need to do some shopping tomorrow to fill the baskets!

I think Sammi and Snooki sound like cute names, they sound good together. You should move to Phoenix area and then we can visit and play someday. Wink

I was soooooooooooooooo freaked out by my DD's teething!!!! None of the Dr's had any ideas of what to do besides the bath and Tylenol and Motrin rotation. They also checked her out with several tests the fist few times to see if there was anything going on besides teething since that bad of a reaction in not the norm but they never found anything and the exact same thing happened with each tooth! She was our first child so I was scared to death that all of our kids would be like that while teething.

Erika - do you lurk in the Kroger thread? You should check it out if you don't. Smilie We're friendly over there too. Big Grin
laugh out loud Nope, my "kroger" is called Fry's, so I follow the AZ grocery store thread. Our sales our mostly the same, but it accepts competitor coupons (including Target!) I used to chat in it a lot but there was lurker drama awhile back (which ironically made me into a lurker LMAO )

I did want to say, my brother had terrible growing pains as a kid. He used to cry for hours and my mom just felt so helpless. Years later, he's 6'2" and relatively healthy so I do hope it's just that.

Is anyone buying the Hasbro Operation game at WM and submitting rebate for Tombstone Pizza?

It is priced $5 at WM and there is an IP for $3. I saw the same one at Target and it was priced $15, on sale with a free candy egg.

I probably went overboard this year with basket stuff. I loaded up on the Hershey Easter candy including chocolate bunnies when there were Qs available. I also bought the easter hot wheels, bouncy balls, coloring books, bubbles, wheel pals (I think there is an IP for these). I was buying some Fisher Price toys and the Qs attached to the hot wheels...weird Wink I also filled some adult baskets with lottery tickets, single packs of coffee and small bottles of liquor. Big Grin

The boys' school is having their easter egg hunt and we were hoping to go but DS has a 102.6 fever even with tylenol. Sadwalk Our church is having their annual egg hunt next saturday and they filled 5000 eggs with candy. OMG I donated several bags but wasn't even able to make a dent in the amount they would need. So, I guess we will have to wait until then.

Anyways, have a great day all. Smilie

Oh... and I'm totally lost in Wags.

Wags/CVS used to be my thing. CVS is where I started. Now I am so clueless it isn't even funny. Frown
pfflt, me too I just to Wags my way now. I read the wiki, gather my info and do it that way, if I have t5ime I will hit the last page everyday to see if there are any new developments then read as needed but sometimes there is just so much shit it the threads it is not worth my time to read ALL 75 pages each week.

I wonder which deal is better on Always, Target or Wags. I have some $2 Always MQs from the Tampax boxes.

$5.54 x 3 = $16.62 - $6 MQ -$5 GC = $5.62 or $1.87 each
If there are RR at Wags the deal may be better over there.
Wags had a monthly deal on the dry lock(?) Always, reg $3.99 on sale for 2/$6 get back $4RR there are 3 different kinds I have been getting. My neighbor's granddaughter just go her very first and they called me first laugh out loud

hug I can totally sympathize. hug I hope he feels better soon!!

KO - thank you for the Wags rundown! I need the goody stuff, so that's pretty exciting. I will hold off buying until the sale! Yay!

Can I get a redo on my day. I'm already cranky and it's probably all dumb stuff...

Got up and the kitchen was a mess (dishes with crud on them, trash on counters) and the garbage that I asked to go out 4 times yesterday was still there and overfull. No coffee mugs in the cabinet so I opened the dishwasher. There were 3 pans, 4 cups, and some silverware in there. Someone had run the dishwasher almost empty. Mad I grab my creamer to put in my coffee (the one I just bought yesterday) and it's 2/3 gone! The kids think it's a milk additive apparently. Then I go to get a plastic container out of the cabinet so that my toddler could use it to scoop dog food and the cabinet spills out at me - including my glass baking dishes - because they have just been throwing the stuff in the cabinet and not actually putting it away. Blowup

Grr.

Which ones are the peanut free candies..My kids school has asked for peanut free...All the candy I have says "processed in a facility that handles peanuts" so I am assuming it is not peanut free...

hug Grr.
On days like this, I look towards the future. I think that someday I am going to miss all these things. No more dirty socks on the floor. No more toys laying about. No need to threaten that the vacuum is going to suck everything up that is left on the floor. I think I will feel sad when this comes to fruition, so for today, I will over look the sock, pick up the toy and ask if anyone wants to play and leave the vacuum in the closet.

I know it's hard to feel that way. And it's OK to feel 'grr' cause we've all been there. Try to push those feelings aside if you can. Think happy thoughts, cake, ice-cream, Ms. Mavis on her first date EEK!

We heart you and we can be your sounding board and, and, and, bunnies can give you a smack down if you would like! hughughug (you are a good mom)
