Morning everyone still haven't made it. Ended up stopping on Mississippi cause DH and I were exhausted. Forced to pay way too much for a hotel

Good morning! Woke with a tremendous headache this morning -- not a migraine, not sinus. Cup #1 of coffee and a BC powder have started easing it. Alright young lady, now you go apologize to that man right now! He is not crazy. Does he like salsa? Yeah, I know crazier yet. It's pretty much nothing but tomatoes and onions but I like it. I, umm, pick around the tomato chunks.

No. There should be a shelf life date on it but it's usually good a lot longer. If it's too old nothing horrible will happen, your stuff just won't raise as well. In something like biscuits, it's possible that it will turn them kind of green. Harmless, but creepy.

We bought one of those little concrete garden benches -- about 3' long -- at an auction a while back. I got it painted white yesterday. I would have preferred leaving it unpainted but it had already been painted white and the ugliest pink you have even seen. And pink is my favorite color, although not for an outdoor bench. Now where to put it...

My niece bought their airline tickets yesterday so it's a done deal. She and her husband are coming up the first week of July. They live in Raleigh. Their flight leaves Minneapolis early in the morning so we will go up the night before and stay over. I guess that means we'll be forced to check out the Mall of America. God Lord willing and the crick, err make that the river don't rise, we are also doing a canoe trip not to far from here. Otherwise, I foresee a lot of ass sitting, pop drinking, bonfire watching and eating.

Supposed to be 70 today and the winds aren't quite as bad. I guess I don't really have a good excuse not to work on those damn rocks. After all, the finger that I split open is healed enough that I can use that hand now. Or maybe, I should save my poor old body just in case DH wants to go mushrooming tonight. Yeah, that's it. I wouldn't want to hurting too much to hike up and down the ravines looking for fungus.
