Yay on the headboard! Check and keep checking Craigslist for reclaimed/free lumber....if you have a local freecycle sometimes that works too. Otherwise pine will still be economical and beautiful! I have come to like the lower-priced, lower-grade pine better even because it has more knots, character, etc. nod I have the building 'itch' but not many plans to build for the spring/summer, gotta start chunking money away for the roof project this fall Frown

nod I made one for my dd when she was a baby. I just did the one where you tie the tulle to the band too and it was just OK, but I vowed that if I ever did one again I'd look for a better way....with doing it this way the white band sometimes showed through Dontknow

I can empathize with everyone who has trouble finding clothes. Tops are easier for me, but pants/crops and shoes are almost impossible. I have a wide foot, so there is nothing stylish for me. Now if I ran around in tennis shoes or birkenstocks that would work. But I prefer a low heel wedge that's basic but cute. I can never just go to a store and buy shoes, I have to just run across them. Pants I'm too tall and waist/hip/thigh ratio doesn't work for standard size patterns. Can't find a pair of crops anywhere that fit, and I REFUSE to wear elastic waist old lady Koret type pants! I may be naked soon too! EEK!

I stopped by the bakery to buy a Red Velvet Cupcake, but they are closed on Monday. So I decided to stop by a new donut shop, but it's really more a mexican bakery. I got me some of those mexican cookies, that look like a huge chocolate chip cookie, but they are really crumbly. I ♥ them and just had one and some Hawaiian Hazelnut Wolfgang Puck (Keurig, of course!) coffee for my lunch!

Okay.. loveland ya say? We are going from denver to laramie, wy.. We are trying to get 6 of us on a flight as passriders flying standby.. so, I know there is a chance we may be split in two groups.. I told my sister if I arrived before the rest of the family, we could go to target and come back and get them when their flight arrived Teehee

had the strangest day of reliving the past while trying to move into the future. been on phone all day today from 7:15 am - police, doctors, adjustors for medical costs, his insurance for dollars, going over the same thing over and over again. then someone asked me the date and strangely i realized today is exactly 5 months to the day since my accident. how wierd is that? the day that things seem to begin to be moving forward again.

What colors are the wall now..are you going to prime..does the paint you have now have primer in it?

We have always hunted Morels. I remember going with Mom and her friend when I was really little and DH has hunted since he was a kid too. I've actually just started kind of looking online and reading about other kinds of edibles but never hunted any others.

DH brought home some asparagus tonight. It also grows wild. I don't like it but he loves it. I hope he finds some more so I can stock up the freezer before it's done.

How many Glidden freebies are too many? I've lost count as to how many I've requested. I'm getting some fun colors that I could do some cool accent stuff with for the new house.

I see lots of mention of the starbucks/lipton deal this week. Where the fark is the $2/2 tou-pon coming from? I can't for the life of me figure it out.
