I dunno what the Dole peelies include/exclude but Hy-Vee has the Romaine, Just Lettuce, and Spinach for $.99 this week.....at least these were the ones included when I was there yesterday.

Dressed with honey mustard dressing! yummy I got the huge bag of romaine from Sam's for 2.xx, and have portioned out personal salads for me and hubby for the week. Has worked great so far, and hopefully it will help us keep on losing our weight!

Nothing much else to chat about! Off to clean a bit so I don't feel like too much of a slob...

Bought a 40" Philips LED LCD TV at Target last night. It is going back today. The picture is so not good. The blacks are all gray.

I am replacing a 42" Panasonic Plasma that had the best picture in SD & HD. Got a great deal at BB 4 years ago. The picture was stating to go though. Guess they just don't last very long. Of course, we kept it on ALL the time except for sleep at night.

Going to Sams Club and probably get the Samsung 40" LCD. Plasmas are so heavy and I just about have to move it myself so looking at LCD's. The Plasma does have the best pics IMO.

I want to buy somewhere that I can return If I am not happy with it. Best Buy has better selections but I think they have a restocking fee if returned.

WW to all meanies today. bounce

Oh dear Lord, that drive is long and boring but you have Mobile and the kids to keep you occupied. If you end up stopping anywhere near Omaha LMK, I'd love to stick my kids in your car...errrrrr meet ya for a cup of coffee or soda or whatever!

We did that stretch last summer. Very long. So very long. Oh so extremely very long. However, I did not have the option of kidnapping Thrifteh's kids. They would be a welcome distraction for that drive! I am guessing that will take you straight through Colorado as well! bounce

This is exactly why I fly to Denver. 8-9 hrs of nothing laugh out loud Not to mention me + the boys in the car for that amount of time = insanity!

JJ's new word today 'mine'. I do not like! I've pulled out the baby swing and the activity mat and Inspector #12 goes all raccoon on them declaring MINE!

Boxes, urns and pots are watered. Last load of laundry is in the dryer. The pool is half vacuumed. I shut it off to clean the basket and now I have no power. It's not the breaker, it's not the GFCI, and it's not the pool pump. I'm guessing the outlet or switch itself bit the dust. With any luck, DH will be home soon and he can fix it for me.

I have no idea what I am feeding these people for supper. I wonder how they'd feel about peanut butter and jelly...
