Well almost made it... drove straight through but the last 3 hrs were torture cause we were so sleepy. We stopped and switched drivers after a brief stretch... did that many times! Anyway we almost made it...got all the way to cheyenne and the interstate to laramie is closed because of the snow. We are having breakfast now and hope the road will be open soon!

I didn't exactly pack for snow but we did bring jackets cause my sister told me it would be cold.

Thrift.. I told dh last night that I needed to hit you up for the coffee.. it was about 4 am and I stopped cause I was falling asleep. Got some nasty coffee from a gas station in NE. Only thing opened. Would have loved some keurig with a tcc peep!

now you are making me feel like i should go hunt down a pair. i have narrow feet so i need to go try them on and see what brands fit. i cannot wear new balance and can get by w/ reebok but my toes kinda swim around inside. sounds like would be great for my wkly exercise walks w/ bff. but i have a pr of brand new sneakers in the closet i haven't worn in 3 yrs yet b/c i got another slickdeal pr from sears and wore that one first.

i'm not that fond of peanut butter either. i buy it for recipes and then it goes past the exp date in my house. i like it melty on hot toast but i never remember to do it cuz i'm always trying to finish off the open stick of butter or jars of jelly i bought.

i usually eat all my breakfast cereal w/o milk or fruit. lactose intolerant and don't really like drinking cold stuff except in the summer. i did heat up soy milk and pour it over some grape nutty type cereal b/c it was just too hard and too much chewing goin' on. i have whatever is cheap/free in the house so that's never been plain cornflakes but i've eaten raisin bran w/o anything. right now i'm working on a slightly expired box of special k yoghurt and fruit from the special k cereal and bar deal. which i eat for late nite snack in front of the computer cuz i'm in a munchy mood and dry breakfast cereal is crunchy and filling.

I'm back from my T run and HT run. Man, talk about STC! At both places!!! Big Grin And bunnies and green, I picked up sliced mushrooms (1.29 @ Target) and an avocado at T, and then tomatoes at HT. My salad is scrumptdiliumptious!!!! Big Grin

I can take peanut butter or leave it. But I *do* love it in Thai cooking. So delish. yummy

I think Keurig needs to make a travel version. Something we can plug into the cigarette lighter and brew a cup of coffee on the road.

Today was Cole's last day of school and "leaving ceremony". I sobbed like a baby even though he's going to do another year of pre-k again next year.

It's normal to have cried. I cried when my first one went off to Kindergarten. They really do grow up so fast. Hugs!
