Ok. I think I will. I got up to check out those hearing aids I purchased, I cannot find like no reviews on them. But I do know that they are better than what I had before. Well, especially since one of them is like chopped liver since ummm I drove over it.

First let me say that the swelling has gone done considerably!

Last night DH cleaned it for me, put on some gauze and then wrapped it in an ace bandage. This helped cushion it so that I could sleep.

Well...dummy me...I think I am allergic to latex. Whenever I put on a band-aid and then take it off, usually my skin comes with it and the surrounding area turns red.

As I took off the ace bandage I was feeling a lot of pain. I looked at it and I have the imprint of the ace bandage and some blood from removing my skin with it.

However the main boo-boo is much better. Still painful and itchy but much better! Thank you for asking and thank you for having me on your couch and taking care of me. (see avi) hearthug

oh yikers!!!! Frown I meant to tell you last night that my insect bites look like that picture you posted if a yellow fly bites me. They are small and fast, and they leave that little bloody bite mark you mentioned. Also known as Deer Fly [wikipedia.org]

Child going off to college...what are the essential that he needs that he might not know that he needs?
The things that you don't think about until you are there and you say, oh I wish I had this or that?

Any thoughts/help would be appreciated.

I saw one of these fella's on my bathroom window screen. At first I thought it was a bee of some sort. I bet that this was it. Or at least I think that was it. I read your link and it's in the horse fly family.

I went out this morning to water the babies and I stood on the deck and said..if any of you bugs are around and you bite me, I will hunt you down and kill you if it's the last thing I ever do. Nothing bit me.

My last bit of help that I need.

My babies will need some protecting from the elements (bugs, fungus and general ickies), I want an organic pesticide/fungicide. Any thoughts?

Yeah, you gotta talk trash to 'em I'll bet.

I don't think we have these nasty things in the south. Sound like nasty little critters! I don't like insect bites but certainly wouldn't like those that bring blood. Yikes.

Thanks, guys! Yes, bunnies, I am sad he's growing up, but at the same time, I'm so proud of him for the little man he is becoming. All the hard work is bearing fruit now, and its such a joy to watch. At the same time, I have to keep reminding myself what I heard once, that you have to enjoy and participate in each stage of childhood, because each is just as fun as the last. Different, but still fun.

So today, I have to somehow clean my house from top to bottom, and get to T, WM, and Giant. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) shake head Something tells me the house will get the shaft as it usually does...
