Mavis is very very tired and sitting in her crib. She is bouncing and clapping and giggling. I think she has that "overtired" giggle thing going on. It's kind of funny, but I think she's going to start some fussing soon. Poor thing... it's so hot here.

Good Morning Creatures!

Had DH rub my neck/shoulders last night and my hand is feeling much better. Still tingly and numb but a lot less (not as intense). He is going to do it again tonight.

DealHog..I'm so sorry for your loss. Keeping your family in my prayers.

Ank..ouch on the AC.

HDD..do you know someone named shopsmart10? I was over in the RA thread yesterday and this person repped me saying that he/she loves you and often sends you roak envies. I have never heard of this person, so I am wondering should I pounce or offer them a fluffy.

Hugs to everyone.

Speaking of coupons for the zoo, are there any for the Omaha Zoo? Planning a two-day trip in mid-June.
I've never seen discount coupons for daily admission. The only special they ran this year was...

There is a special Family Membership price that is currently going on. The Price will increase by $10 on March 21, 2011.
We got the family membership when it was $10 cheaper.

Same deal goes for me as Amil...if ya want I'll meet ya at the gate. Wink

It really is a great zoo!!!!

DH, sorry for your loss.

J is working again today, so not sure if I'll make it to T today. I NEED to as we need the basics (bread, milk, eggs, fruit!!).

Went to our nephews grad party yesterday. He's the first of the nieces and nephews to graduate. Mini is next in 2 years. Where did time go? I remember when he was just a preemie in the NICU...now he's over 6 ft tall. Sadwalk

very nice!

i'm thinking you might need some more soil in the tomato pots unless you are growing tiny tims or other small ones. you can add more soil to the pots as they grow taller. tomato plants will grow roots along the stems if they come into contact w/ the soil.

the pepper plants may need more soil too but i think those would need to be lifted. better to do sooner rather than later.

A word of warning...dont go above 14s...they all of a sudden need to be cool and stuff. I wasted a ton of money resources on 16s and the kid refused to wear them - some shit about the shorts need to cover his knees not touch them....my just know 13 y/o is taller than I am and I AM TALL for a lady. He is in mens now wears a 29W 34L !!!!A little string bean. I hate this. Damn teenager! I hate it, I hate that I am so old I have a TEENAGER!!
my 14 yr old nephew was too funny! few months ago he didn't want to wear his t-shirts b/c they were too big! laugh out loud

he didn't have clothes to wear at the second home so we went to target to get some more. taught him how to get c9 q's off the tide and his mom also found some long johns on clearance for next yr. they both left the store happy.

I drive by the table we set up at the day before and it is already taken so I turn the corner to try and pull in at the top of the row and just use my own tables but instead sideswipe this guys truck bumper that has his big ass truck just standing in the driving lane and yank it off with the little metal wheel well of my trailer with out a scratch to it - WELL FUGG! what a way to start the morning. Then after the whole cops and stuff I finally find a table but end up making shit.
Wish I had seen the sign to stay home that morning instead.
The End.
ouch!

I got a kindle for my birthday. Still in box. What do I do with it besides open the box? Open it and download books..I do not receive the fancy one so I know I have a trip to Mickey D's or somewhere to get the wi-fi connection. But how do I get this new objext going quickly?
My ds#1 just turned 13 last week and he wanted a kindle/nook/eReader but I told him "no" until he brought up his grades but know he is saving all his money...birthday cash - $13 x mine and daddys + Gmas + Pappys plus he gets paid 1% of sales from our YSs and $20 to mow the lawn. He is super close and we looked at the Radio Shack ad for this weeek and they have the CRUZ tablet-y thingy for $150 and a pandigital color multimedia e Reader for $120.

I guess I too am wondering what ELSE can we do with these? It's like you add an app and use the wifi and do what ever there is an app for right?
What about printing ipqs?

I actually have a photo album in my phone just of pics of him with his clothing on backwards. Bigeye I'm talking polo shirts, jeans (how the hell do you put your jeans on backwards?!?!) shorts, etc. I'm thinking he won't care for at least a little while longer Roll This is the kid who's IQ is off the charts. I'll bet Einstein came to breakfast with his jeans on backward too Scratchchin

My 4 y/o is constently putting his polos on backwards and gets PISSED when I fix it.

Thank you! For the soil...I thought you were suppose to add more soil as they grow?

Let me take a few more pics (close ups) and if you can tell me how far up to put the soil that would be great!

Have you guys checked the local public libraries in each location - tampa, orlando, omaha? In many cities/states, the public libraries have free/cheap passes to museums, zoos etc. So if you're a resident in that city, it's an easy get. If you're visiting from a neighboring state, and the attraction is big enough and close enough, your library will likely still have it, or will have a reciprocal arrangement with another library where your card works.

And oh by the M2C, I love the ellies, BUT elephants smell majorly. as do the elephant enclosures in the zoos I've been too. So, do yourself a favor and don't go when you're queasy/hormonal/after a meal. Been there, done that. Sick
I'll check that out!

Not that I know of. If you have enough kids it might be worth it to get a pass. When do you plan on going? PM me if you want...I may be able to get you in beings I have a pass for up to 5 kids and 1 guest and only have to show my id KWIM? Wink
Thank you, amil! I'm going with 3 other adults, so that may not work. But I certainly appreciate your offer!
