I don't know... *sigh* Maybe this is one of those things that DH should call and handle. He hates to call - especially since he's on the phone all day, but I hate it too. I also sound like I'm 4, so that probably doesn't help. Maybe a strong male voice will get them to acquiesce. (can you believe I spelled that correctly the first time?)

what do you have to lose? you have everything to gain. did they leave a message when you were at church when they tried to call to resolve the issue? if they didn't, it's not exactly fair to hold you to the expiration dates.
maybe try calling first thing in the morning b4 they get cranky. if you call right b4 lunch or at the end of the day people are cranky and just want to go to lunch or go home.
We do have a pretty good agent. Maybe I'll try talking to her tomorrow. Can't hurt, right?
Is anyone still finding the Old Spice clearance at their stores? I had intended to get some, but never got back. My one store had definitely had a bunch of them left - but that was a while ago now.

if you have a record of all the times you called back and who brushed you off then they should extend the deadline for you. you called back and it was never handled.
and i would get your agent involved. he/she most likely gets a commission so let them work for it. you have to have car insurance. you don't have to have that insurance company or that agent.
whenever i call a credit card or medical insurance company, i always write down the date and the name of whom i spoke to.
Well my oldest DS is away all summer. We sent him to live with my sister and BIL in Wyoming. She put him to work out there. He has been working for a week now. I think it is a great thing for him. He didn't want to go but I felt like he needed a change of environment. Hoping he grows up alot the next 2 months. He is excited because he told me tonight he us finally getting the hang of the job and he has found a cheap car to buy. We are sending the money tomorrow. We will pay part of it and he is paying the rest. I am so glad he will be able to drive himself to work.
But, in the disappointed side, I found out he didn't pass all his classes this semester.

they teach algebra in college?
what's college algebra involve? can he get help with a tutor? been a long while since I did any of that, but I'd try helping him if I knew what was in his coursework. algebra's easy - just have to teach yourself how to approach the problem. learn the strategies and every problem is just a variation of the basic strategy. if he practices the basic problem variations this summer - an hour a day - he'll be good to go for the fall.

Yesterday...Went to Post Office to pick up the new hearing aids. Well, it comes in a huge box..I am thinking maybe a five by five box, a little box for two hearing aids. Nope. Nada it comes ina medium size proirity box. It is full of stuff. But the main thing is the manuels on how to use them. I am worried, Like you know they go in your ear and stuff. But why is there THREE different instruction manuels. One for the aids, another one for the remote and I am thinking the last one is for the bluetooth.
So on my way I am driving to work. My tire blows out. Midght of been something on the highway since it is construction season. Now I get off the interstate since the car is going bumpity bump. I am like it is not the road..Nope look and the tire is like gone. I was in the parking lot of one of those oil change places and the guys were willing to help me out. Out comes the spare and everything. Guess what one of the bolts is striped. Ok. Now I do not want to call AAA. Since umm I let that expire since I am trying hard to cut costs. I call the car insurance and the agent said yea you have towing assistance on your policy. Found a towing company/tire place and out he comes. Now I have to get two new tires. Was going to go for one new one to match the spare but the spare one will cost me over $200 and the I can get two new ones for the $50 more. Now I never would of bought two tires since I normally get four at a time.
Got to work TWO hours late.
Look and see I had a customer come in the day before. Huge order and the girl that rang her up gave me Less than 1/10th of it. I was upset. Less than 30 minutes later. Someone is wondering why a huge window covering got sent to the store and not to the customer's address. Guess what my name was on it. Was not my customer orginally but I had to rering it for whatever reason and my ID number was attached to this. Yikes!
The part that totally shooked me up. Was I am watching the other people researched this, since I am only wearing ONE hearing ad and whenever there is a group situation I can watch their body actions and pick up pieces oh what is going on. So when the group figures it is my fault this item was delivered to the store. I am like what is happening and I am like trying hard to deciper everything that just happened and everyone is like totally asking questions. Hello..I am like searching and reviewing and trying hard to figure things out. I start to rephrase everything that took place. I was cut off my another employee, like I should know what was said.
I got pissed. I said something and I walked off crying. That was my day...oh yea got called into the office because the girl that cut off my verbal response thought I was upset about the customer's order and I had to go an explain that it was like like HER fault and my disability and I was trying hard to figure out everything.
Not a good day.
Please let today be a better day. I already woke up early and I think I am ready for bed!

My baby boy turns 1 today, where has the time gone??
Ank- I've been to T once in 2 weeks, I feel really weird not going.
Sooo The last 2 weeks have been the craziest and hardest I've ever been through.
Last week: Surprise! I'm preggo. I'm not only preggo, but 11 weeks along.
During the ultrasound, they detected some issues, go in for extensive testing 2 days later.
On friday, we find out we're having a girl (I have 3 boys), but there are some major issues. I have everyone praying for me, 'cause this little girl needs to be a fighter.
This week: Uncle has a major heart attack on Sunday and yesterday my SFIL died.
We're leaving for Disney on Saturday and I'm hoping getting away from everything will relieve some stress.
Monday I turn 35 and I'm feeling old.
I wanted to drop in and say Hi. Sorry, I'm just a ray of sunshine today.
